I love this thing in Brigador. Fragile, but very fast, and it can mount a decent gun.

>Argentinian engineering

Wow it flys. I wonder if it got out of ground effect.

That doesn't really look dumb at all, would probably be used in mountains akin to snowmobiles.

It's now a "pranks that went too far" thread

Lovely, is like an Akira Toriyama design.

its weird, every little country in europe ruled most of it at certain periods of time

Of course it flys.

The Nazis made some fucking COOL gear man

Ah, the Tsar tank. It's amazing how iconic a complete disregard of any common sense in design can look. From the thin bicycle wheels to the four-gunned turret that can only ever focus one of its guns, to the insanely high, artillery-friendly profile, to the rear wheels that completely negate any terrain crossing capability is might have had. It's all seemingly designed to be the worst armoured vehicle ever, but despite that, it still looks cool. The Tsar tank is the perfect expression of how mankind wants to fight war, but can't, due to all that pasky logic and laws of nature.

awwww how cute :3

these mobile guns were pretty weird.

kek

you can see what happens when bydlo tries to act western way. thats pretty much polish history.

>State of the art stealth tank!
>driver needs to put his head out to drive, WW2 style

The Stipa-Caproni is not a dumb design, quite the contrary: it predates jet engines, and it's probably the first example of ducted fan; as a proof of concept it implemented some design features that would have been fundamental in jet engine development. Also, the test pilot that flew the original aircraft said it handled wonderfully well.

Nothing inherently wrong with ducted fans. Just not pretty.

To be fair, while unpractical that thing was actually used and even fulfilled its purpose by destroying everything it hit. Supposedly it even managed to destroy an ammo-depot that was build under bedrock.

What a beauty!

People may not like what the Nazis did, but there is nobody who could deny that they did it in style.

Imagine the recoil on those things kek.

I never though it was dumb, it's definitely a ducted fan/body thing.

Implying you wouldn't drive a tank motorcycle.

Hugo fucking Boss, man.

Reminds me of Don Carnages plane.

>Supposedly
Jawoll Herr Führer! Alles verläuft wie geplant! Mein Führer!

I know it's a smart design I was saying it looked stupid as shit

People may not, I really do though.

pretty gud desu

>tfw no cutie patootie airplane to fly with

That thing looks fucking awesome.

Seems like the design managed to live till the modern day, pic related.

Iirc he originally wanted it to be a multi-engine flying wing, which would have looked way cooler.

I'm willing to bet something like this is gonna be vary popular in the future.

Adidas actually also made uniforms for the nazis. The founder Adolph Dassler (hence the name) was a member of the nazi party.

Puma is also a nazi brand.

is that a a FAMAS

What is this?

This is actually a very modern, iconic tank that greatly influenced tank development, but the picture is too funny to not post.

THE Final Solution

I like what they did.

A ugly ass gun.

I know it would've been a huge waste of material, workforce and time.

But damn it would've been cool.
it would be like seawarfare on land, if they made this, we'd see aircraft carrying tanks.
i mean a regular bomb would still fuck it up, but its not like a regular ship was immune to them either and they had to float.

"Assault rifle Valmet M82 was developed for Finland Armed Forces for all type of troops. Constructionaly this is independent assault rifle based on AK assault rifles scheme. The main differences are "bulpup" arrangement, dioptrical sight and standard NATO 5.56 x 45 mm cartridge."
