Had lots of side effects and couldn't concentrate any better.
Try meditation and change your diet. Mainly no sugary things like cola and try to increase or reduce your carb intake.
What else is my choice? Drop out of everything? Get on bistandhjælp?
Tried eating little to no carbs for 3 days while I get like a special effect that feels like everything is clear as fuck it just felt like I could even more clearly see how much ADD I had. Words they don't just have a meaning in the larger scale.
An example is in sports class when the teacher said some stuff about how we have to split up in and do that and do that and that I would have to sit out and spend like 5 minutes just analyzing how my classmates were playing just to not fuck up when I joined them.

Everyone have a hard time concentrating sometimes and everyone have too much energy sometimes, not an illness like the psycology jew wants you to believe so they can make 1000kr an hour on counceling you. Instead of pills, start to workout, and do stuff that makes you happy, doesnt have to be something that cost a lot of money. Also bistandshjælp is not a shame, it is made for people who have a legit period in their life where they cant work etc.. I started here in August with study and I can honestly say I haven't done shit. Only assignments I were forced too make have I done and that was hard as fuck I can't focus for more than 2 minutes of what the teacher says and I get no information out of it, I have to use Google to learn something. The things that the teacher says just flys right through my head I'm already behind in school because my parents decided to make me start later.
I can barely play video games anymore the only games I can enjoy is Arma and that's because there is a mission editor so when I get bored I can just do something else. That and Sup Forums because it doesn't require me to be focused. Or maybe I'm just retarded, I'm half Iranian and the average iq there is like 82 or something. I was Neet most of last year and it was horrible and I don't wont to disappoint my parents by dropping out and my dad is too stubborn to understand I have learning problems.
The thing is why should I even study when I'm not interested in money? All I want is a small apartment, fast internet, and my PC and I'm happy, maybe a comfy job too. I also lack the motivation to work for something greater. I've never had a girlfriend, not even kissed a girl and the family life for me is not there. All my friends have stopped drinking and talking to women and half of them have never been with a women. All they do is play video games and I'm getting fucking tired of video games, it's the same shit new title. Nothing happens in the winter too, not even the Chads are out partying anymore.
Maybe I should just get help and talk to somebody but that is probably paying the jew if I ask you?

Clearly they got problems too if they are doing this. You should talk to the administration at your school if this is normal in where you study. Specially if the teacher does it too.

This was normal for most people back when I studied on gymnasium. Kids nowadays think that their efforts in youth-education will make a difference in the job market afterwards, this is wrong. Bosses dont give a shit about your grades in lower education (I am assuming you are going to a gymnasium).

ADHDfag here, working out and doing general work really helps. Dropped out of uni and started an apprenticeship instead cus then I could go pretty much without meds.

Cut down on your computer games, dont have to stop from day to day, but do it less every week or few days. Your friends will do the same after some time. Personally my friends and I like to go out in nature and do "nature" stuff like fishing or gathering food herbs and food mushrooms, then cook it later the same night. It is really something that can make you relax on a whole other level than the videogames. And bonus is that it is totally anti-beta males + it feels fucking good to know what plants you can pick up and eat and how to gut that fish you caught properly. Sounds like a big step, but my friends and I did that exact thing some years ago now, but it turned all of our lifes around.

We all want this. There is many other educations than gymnasium based ones, dont forget that.
