The suit is a result of the failure to filing to do a recount in a timely manner. There is no precedent for a court ordering something so unreasonable past the deadline for being able to complete a recount or recounts ever changing the result of an election. If you think judges can be pressured to order pointless recounts, don't you think the house republicans would pressure Trump to drop the term limits instead of flat-out voting against him in case the recounts won't be finished in time? It would be a win-win situation for them and he hasn't been particularly vocal about those limits lately anyway. Seems like a far more likely scenario than the house electing Hillary out of spite.
