No, the deadline for the PA SoS to initiate a statewide recount for under 0.5% of the vote has past.
Plus there are now 10 days till the deadline for votes to be counted, once that hits wahtever they had official is final. FL 2000, OH 2004

If the numbers end up different it will be assumed to be foul play on both sides.
