Which amendment gives you free healthcare?

I pay for my own "assault" rifles, faggot.

>private ownership and being forced to purchase things for others are the same thing

sage.

no taxes on american citizens is the most american thing you can do.

>Second amendment
>Human right
Someone ended their education too early

I paid for my assault rifles. Good luck paying for your healthcare fatty.

Eh. Buy me a guy and I'll buy you some health care.
Also, we aren't being forced to pay for healthcare, but for health insurance, a totally different thing.

Well, guns can defend your own health, like the act of avoiding getting beaten by a pack of wild niggers.

>American education

ftfy

>*autistic screeching*

There are no human rights.

self-defense, up to and including the use of common weapons of war, is a fundamental right rooted in self-preservation and the defence of personal liberty.

>You have the right to force other people to do things for you
Yeah, no

shut up nigger

> Yeah, you are entitled to the work of a highly skilled highly educated healthcare provider, and the use of expensive precision crafted instruments that according to law must be thrown away after use to prevent infecting other patients regardless of whether you're able to pay for it or not

>But you're not allowed to exercise a right enumerated in the Bill Of Rights whether or not you're able to be safe and responsible with it. Even though the laws on the books prevent you from legally acquiring any gun if you're a felon, had *any* domestic violence charge or been diagnosed as mentally stable

Seems legit.

Last time I checked, you have the right to obtain healthcare, but you still have to pay for it. Same exact thing with guns.

Next.

>thinking that we havent already violated the fuck out of the 4th, 5th, and 8th amendments which are more explicitly stated then "muh guns"

But the communists will need the assault weapons to point at the families of the doctors they want for forced labor

a gun isnt a human right, the right is to choose whether you own one or not. why dont people get this. you purchase the tool at your own expense, while healthcare is given at the expense of everyone else. the two things are not comparable.

I am not even american and I know noboy ever said guns are a human right.

This picture make it sound like conservatives want everyone to have a gun and if somody doesn't have a gun the state can use taxpayer money to buy that person a gun.

I mean, the right to buy a gun, with your own money and choose to bear at your own choice is a way more basic right than this stupid pic make it sound.

one will bankrupt the country and one will not

guess which is which

So slave ownership is a human right to these people?

>all americans are provided free guns by the state each month on the taxpayers dime

wow I love america

No debate needed, this is dumb bait.

Uhmm. you have to pay for assault weapons just like healthcare, nothing is free goyim

Lefty/pol/ please go back to your Moroccan tagine sculpting workshop.

>state preventing you from owning something
>state not forcing others to pay for something you want

Incomparable.

It's funny because you want to live in the times when whites had to indenture themselves into slavery to survive and in 2016 whites are still indenturing themselves to the bankers to get an education and healthcare.

And you're applauding all of this.

I'll pay for your healthcare when you pay for my guns and ammo.

I would rather pay for good service than not have to pay but have shot service and long wait times.

Sup Forums, how are guns going to save you when the poor who handle your parcels, food, and money come down with contagion they can't afford to get help with?

ASSAULT rifle. Haha. What a retarded lib

point it at them and make them keep working

Then what's wrong with creating a nationalized health care system that removes the profit motive of private insurances?

Better a bureaucrat looking to cover their ass than a corporate suit looking to pad their bottom line.

It's not a human right to be given free guns, it's a right to be able to buy them and not have them taken away.

It's not a human right to be given free healthcare, it's a right to be able to buy it and not have it taken away.

>if you can read a legal document
>you are what's wrong with America

Modern liberalism in a nutshell.

Which amendment gives you anything, Statist shit?

Why are there so many of these gun hating commie type threads lately?

You all need national socialism.

You don't understand.

Everyone has the right to buy healthcare.

The system becomes horrifically bogged down in bureaucracy and corruption because there's nothing to out-compete it.

It costs several hundred pounds to change a lightbulb on the NHS.

This.

>Sup Forums will debate this

first:
fallacy of many questions

secondly, with you OP, and the image:
many other fallacies

*zzzzz*

Both of those are goods/services. Valuable ones maybe, but still goods/services like food or transportation or housing, most efficiently and effectively provided by the unhampered free market.

>rights

every right ever, and the very concept, is subjective

some may say a beautiful sexual partner is a right

some may say oxygen is a privilege

>most efficiently and effectively provided by the unhampered free market.

subjective

also:
objectively define "free market"
good luck

so?

Healthcare is a service, weapons are not.

Don't know if anyone brought this argument up but I wanted to remind everyone of that.

>The right tow own something

>The right to force others to perform free work on you to save your life because you feel health is a privlidge based on your own selfishness.

You'd probably try to sue me for saving your life and losing a bunch of limbs in the process.

>every right ever, and the very concept, is subjective

That's where you're wrong, kiddo.

>some may say oxygen is a privilege

Carbon tax proponents, right?

you have to buy your own guns OP

why do you expect every one else to pay for your pills?

rights are not subjective. If they were subjective there would be no authority to rights, because someone could excuse them away.

the bill of rights is largely worded to specify that the government is not allowed to do certain things, ie it is a negative right centered document (the government can not strip the people of arms, it is not required to give them arms. the government can not oppress people's freedom of speech, it is not required to guarantee it in any other way, etc)

healthcare on the other hand is a positive right, people need to do things to guarantee it. if i want everyone to have the positive right to healthcare, i need to force people to operate a healthcare system. this is oppression and is what the bill of rights was designed to prevent.

if you come across anyone pulling this shit don't even argue with them, just turn around. if they can't comprehend the difference between positive and negative rights along with how the bill of rights was intended to operate, they're a lost cause and nothing you can do will help them.

>I am entitled to someone else's labor.
>Leftists condone slavery

I mean it's not like I can't purchase healthcare on the free market.
Oh you meant free healthcare. When am I getting my free AR 15 from the government exactly?

It is nothing more than voluntary exchanges between individuals. "Free" part just means absence of government coercion/controls.

The market can put a smartphone in every American's pocket... it's been prevented from doing the same for affordable healthcare for many decades thanks to govt involvement.

youtube.com/watch?v=fFoXyFmmGBQ

You have to buy a gun.

You have to buy healthcare too.

If healthcare was given free, then they should give guns for free too. But you won't like that, would you?

Checkmate.

a simpler way to phrase this is

>i have a negative right to not be murdered
>you can not murder me, and i can nor murder you
>i do not have a positive right to not be murdered
>if i did, the FBI or some other state run bodyguard organization would be protecting me 24/7

>I don't know what words mean

this is the correct answer

Why is healthcare a human right?

Assault weapons and healthcare are commodities, not rights.

Access to assault weapons and healthcare are rights.

Rights should not be violated, commodities should be paid for.

None of them.

They are God given rights the Federal government can not abridge.

Seems like a false equivalene. A right to have assault weapons doesn't mean every person is forced to have one, but that's what they want healthcare to be.

Where is my state provided gun?

Let me know when the government has to pay for the guns for me.

I am objectively right in claiming that assault weapons are a human right and that healthcare is not. I will debate you on this at any time, and you will have your teeth smashed out so embarrassingly, so humuliatingly, so one-sidedly that you will scream and howl for the mother who you never had a good relationship with for help, like a child being tortured to death over the phone to extract a ransom.

nice negative liberty and positive liberty false equivilence

>forcing someone to kiss your booboo because youre an idiot
its called slavery.

>waaahh waaahh give me your money
>WHAT, YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR OWN RESOURCES? THIS IS NOT FAAAIIIR, I WANT YOUR MONEY !! ! ! >:((

Leftism is like women

Since when US government give everyone free assault weapons? Last time I checked you have to pay for both your gun and your healthcare.

Not in the constitution user.

Try reading it.

I don't see why respecting a constitution means we have to repeal all the technology that makes our lives easier. You're retarded.

Weapons = tool for defense indiviual sovereignty , the opposite of totalitarianism

Health care insurance = money to pay bills

Have a nice day

Fpbp

Obama sent some to you guys a few years ago. I hear they got lost in transit.

How is humans doing other things for humans a human right

It's a human right to force other people to take care of your health?

That's actually the reason guns exist, so people can't force you to do things i.e. take away your rights

You should be allowed to get a gun if you can afford it, and you should be allowed get health insurance if you can afford it. It's capitalism, bitch.

You have to pay for healthcare no matter what... doctors and pharmaceuticals and hospitals don't grow from trees.

The question is how. A seemingly huge amount of people in the west seem to believe that the best way to do this is to force one group of people to pay for another's healthcare.

assault rifles aren't a right, ownership of assault rifles is as a safeguard against tyranny

access to healthcare can't be a right because it requires someone else to provide it for you

Indiviual sovereignty and responsibility is the antithesis of being a subject in a totalitarian regime

Why not both?

I feel like a nation is only truely free when they have the right to bare arms and defend themselves. For example if my country felt like killing us all they could easily, or if anyone invaded and the army was indisposed we would be dead.

America bros, treasure your guns and realise how free you are.

>Obama sent some to you guys a few years ago. I hear they got lost in transit.

heh

I think both are human rights tbqh.

>inb4 "GET OUT LEFTYPOL
I'm a National Socialist. Get fucked

Health care is insurance not actual medical care.

Human rights aren't real to begin with.

free healthcare is pretty sweet if done correctly
I'd rather have guns and pay for health insurance though. healthcare doesn't help you topple a malevolent government

>human right
are you retarded?

>democrats
oh, ok I see

I hate re-runs

soon as the government starts buying my guns then ill be cool with them buying your bypass surgeries, fatty.

Op is conflating rights with entitlements.

This.

When healthcare is done entirely by robots, it can be considered a right. As long as it depends on the actions of another human it's not possible to guarantee without some kind of forced conscription.

Getting really sick of seeing these retarded 'Occupy Democrat' posts everywhere. They're so stupid that nothing will change their mind and there is no way to openly oppose them. Either they don't respond or they label you a racist and a sexist.

Fuck me, every member of the Democratic Party needs to be executed.

same difference... Insurance makes complete sense as a market solution for the provision of medical services. Why?

Because if everybody paid doctors directly for medical care... a bad incentive would exist for him not to do the best job possible... because if a doctor is super effective at his job, people would always be healthy and his business would go down. Lots of unhealthy people = lots of customers and lots of demand for doctors.

Insurance companies are a necessary middleman... because they only earn a profit if they a) keep people healthy (don't have to pay out as often) and b) negotiate as low price as possible with doctors.

It means rights do not come from the state.

The bill of rights is simply a contract between the government and it's employers (the people) to protect their natural and inalienable rights.

This is why commies need to die. The government is not a god. It is a servant.

I think
*the right to BUY and own assault weapons
is a human right.
*getting healthcare payed for by taxpayers
is not a human right

Doctors demand is constant. Your argument is incorrect economically.

Demand for Medical care is inelastic, in economic terms.

The argument for market competition is actually applicable to health insurance. It's so manipulated by regulation it is not correctly priced to meet demand.
