Write a calendar on a piece of paper and cross off days one by one. Set a target date (3 weeks without ejaculation) and mark it on the calendar. When things get hard, try to finish just that day successfully. You'll get into flatline eventually and it won't be hard to stay on it, at least until the next "horny" era. Push ups and physical exhaustion work as an immediate help against urges, but in the long term mindfulness meditation, not drinking coffee or alcohol works for me (reducing impulsiveness and hedonistic tendencies in general).
