DA won't charge Fresno man who confessed to punching baby to death

I guess I could be wrong in this case since I wasn't a responder but in my experience as a paramedic I would be very surprised that the blunt force wouldn't cause bruising. Fists aren't wide enough to dissipate the force over a larger surface area. Even on an infant.
