I've been learning German. Probably going to go back to school to get my associates.

SPREADING THE WORD OF KEK!!!

"Hearing that Zach lost his son really struck a nerve with me, especially because I'm the one who killed him."

Lose weight to prepare for the eventually race war. I've already learned Latin so perhaps that's a plus.

Losing weight after bulking since August

Trying to teach myself p-adic analysis and Galois theory

+ usual work/studies/etc.

We are all gonna make it brehs

Trying my hardest to not watch porn and avoid seeing a naked women on the internet until i see one in person again.

Stop browsing Sup Forums.

I'm dead serious about this.
You won't learn anything new here if you already disdain left-wing immigration policies.

I've been fapping less to raise my test levels. I can already feel the high energy.

Working out and eating tendies

I disagree.

An Example: If it wasn't for Sup Forums I wouldn't have found out about based Jordan Peterson and gotten his programs for free.

I try to get a decent job, so I can move out of my parents basement.

Then probably try to get married with a qt virgin white girl, and have a happy, christian family, and to also have at least two white children.

I'm an extrovert and my life was pretty fucking good but then I took this isolated job on a farm in the middle of nowhere.

I would work in the day while the older matey (who's like 80 something) worked nights. I did like it at first, but started feeling alone after 3 weeks as I was away from any form of civilisation accept the old 80 year fellow I worked with (who I'd see only in the early morning to collect my pay), and a small country off licence where some Indian worked.

But yeah, you can see where this is going. I worked there for 5 months and I was pretty much drinking whiskey every night, on my own. Cut a long story short, I picked up nasty depression, and felt like a total fucking loser everyday.

I finished the job in last September, and then went to live with my mother, just outside of London. I continued the drinking like a degenerate, and I was still depressed with no effort to look with work, but instead just lose all my farming money on the rent. Didn't want to talk to people, or meet new people in the area. Yet originally, I'm as extroverted as fuck!

Anyway, I've quit the radical drinking, and only drink on weekends or events, like a normalfag.

I'm now re-learning my spanish, guitar, music software, and I'm thinking of getting myself into college to learn a trade.

I've also got a standard wage job, so I' saving up for some lessons too.

Life is starting to look great again!!

Trying to find a job.
Exercising daily.
Reading for at least an hour per day.
Cooking decent meals.

Anyone know of any good resources for learning a new language, or free/cheap online courses that give certificates? Preferably something engineering related.

Thats dumb. Fapping less does not raise test levels. In fact it may do the opposite.

- joined the reserves

- a book a week

- started a martial art & badminton each week

- picked an examination for a financial credential to study for

Stopped drinking the carbonated and alcoholic jew, only fruit juices and water

On a new power lifting program hoping to break all my old records

Having regular sex with white gf and trying to socialize more

Trying to be a better listener to other people

>Anyone know of any good resources for learning a new language
Depends on the language. Duolingo is meme'd that "You don't really learn a language from it!" and it's kind of true, but it's still a good resource. You just want to do more than just one thing. Listening practice, once you learn the basics of grammar and some vocab start building sentences in a notebook, make sure to verbally practice. Read grammar books, flash cards, etc.

...

Eating healthier, working out more also got myself some books and started reading more.

Getting a job early next year and then working on getting a better degree at the same time.

Reading various political and nationalistic ideology on a mongolian ex-pat dreidel spinning board

Learn Turkish

>fruit juices
Hopefully not the insanely sugary type ones or you aren't doing yourself much of a favor

Workout.

Lift weights. Run. Read books. Eat healthy. Spend as little time on bullshit like Sup Forums as possible

>learning a new language

Duolingo for your phone. Works great.

Go to a used books store if you have any and pick up some used school books. You should be able to find anything from A1 to B2 level easily, and maybe even C1 and C2 level books. Or order from Amazon maybe?

Learning how the mind is the most important thing to master. We fill our heads with so much self-limiting beliefs/habits and, when unchecked, our minds create most of the suffering we experience.

Just learn to embrace the present moment for what it is and enjoy life. Stop regretting your past, stop worrying about the future, and just be present.

Another user mentioned this earlier. I will look into it. I'm supposed to go on a trip to Russia next summer and would like to be somewhat functional in the language. I took a full year of it in university but that was years ago and I haven't had a chance to practice since.

this

I'm unsurprising that shitty, defeatist attitude is what the best minds of /r9k/ could come up with. /r9k/ is almost a physical manifestation of all humanity's innermost insecurities, regrets, longing for acceptance, and existential dread rolled up into one place, concentrated, and left to fester.

Cutting down my alcohol intake.
Starting to work out again.
Starting a degree, hopefully I'll manage it all well.

Right now I am sick, but I work out five days a week, I work of a multi-billion dollar company, I am going to grad-school in the Spring, and I am pursuing certifications.

I would like to do more. Do any of you have any ideas for me?

I started lifting again and taking my studies seriously.

Stopped smoking, I have radically cutted down my drinking and I have not masturbated in 28 days. I also have a gf.

Headstands!

Pol is draining

I'm mentally ill. The only thing I haven't tried at this point is sticking to a regimented workout schedule. Not even that would help though, my issues are pathological.

Duolingo is a meme. Can't learn much with just that

winning

I'm learning day trade stuff
better than vidya jew anyways

Pol is the hotel California.

You can check out any time you'd like, but you can never leave.

We need a solution to the single successful young white man issue.

Female Sup Forumsacks please weigh in. Thank you.

How to lose weight

>fruit juices and water
Drink water. Eat fruit.

Quit smoking
Improving social skills
Reading
Running

converting to judaism
getting my law degree
fight racism, sexism, misogyny wherever i go

I'm really starting to read more now in an effort to at the very least compensate for my ridiculous masturbation habits. Really getting into history and stuff like that.

But I'm pretty much tired every single day regardless of whether I get 5 hours of sleep or 15. I feel all fucked up.

I recommend doing breathing exercises and for two reasons:
- it makes you less impulsive because you are bringing more oxygen to the brain, and with that to the prefrontal cortex, the willpower center. Sound interesting?
- when you are breathing rythmically your heartbeats become extremely harmoniuos, which has a deeply positive impact on your physiology, and thereby your brain.
So whatever you are doing, if you do these you actually do all the other stuff better. From K. McGonigal, The Willpower Instinct; A. Watkins, Coherence.

Now this is the story all about how
My life got flipped, turned upside down
And I'd like to take a minute just sit right there I'll tell you how I became the prince of Sup Forums

In west Philadelphia born and raised
On the playground where I spent most of my days chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool and all shooting some b-ball outside of the school where a couple of guys who were up to no good started making trouble in my neighborhood I got in one little fight and my mom got scared and said you're going to stop posting on Sup Forums.

hmu. ez is the name. internet is my game. fuck newfags. get money.

reddit.com/r/todayilearned/comments/i514e/til_when_men_dont_masturbate_for_7_days_their/

ALWAYS READ HISTORY. ty.

Never been great, OP. But I'm looking for a new job because what I currently do is pretty much a scam and any jackass can do it.

I said successful young white man.

Started working out more, learning languages as a hobby (such as Finnish by reading shitposts on Ylilauta with a dictionary, that's how I learned English anyway), trying to socialize more.
Also, good habits are not a meme, they're almost like a key to a better life. They are criminally underplayed sometimes.

Why? You're better off learning Syrian.

...

bruh. baka. i'm from cali. pot is not the devil. I'm a fucking cs and math major. wake up newfag.

I'm a filthy degenerate, so I'm not really sure what I can do.

I've moved back to MT to live with my mother (it's a mutual thing, I get cheap housing and she gets to have someone take care of the house/garden while she can visit my sister.) And I'm getting my Master in Library and Information Sciences. I've started working out a bit more, but I'm not sure what else to do.

...

what did he mean by this?

>taking my placement in spanish

You sure you're not /r9k/?

>working out several times a week
>remaining a virgin until I meet a virginal decent woman (So probably going to be a virgin for life, kek)
>read a book a week - non fiction that is

As long as I don't feed in to the degeneracy of society I'm good. The worst thing I do Is drink alcohol but I only drink alone and never to excess.

me and my dope ass chick. wanna win? be cool.

>library and information sciences

wth is that? Never heard of it but potentially interested...

Hahahaha!
You're just a workhorse in debt.

data.

getting Economics degree.

no drugs, no booze.

play hockey in winter, soccer in the summer.

would like to start going to church but my senpai/friends are degenerate as hell and would lynch me if they found out.

I get that for information sciences and all that, but he tacked on Library, which got me interested because I hadn't heard of it called by that before, so I'm wondering if it's something else.

Stopped drinking soda, lads. Lost about 7lbs do far.

Not that I'm fat to begin with, 220 6'1".

i still have better pot than you

>changed my diet since I got fat about 2 years ago, steadily losing weight
>plan on starting lifting again at some point in the near future
I realised how weak I've become when I tried to do press ups the other day. I can still do regular ones fine but I tried a one armed one and I managed one then my arm buckled on the second attempt. I could used to do them pretty easily.
>studying for my IT certs to advance my career
Going for the CCENT which I pretty much know already since I'm solving networking stuff day in day out then I'll be getting the CCNA. If I get that I'm pretty much guaranteed a promotion with 10k extra a year.

I kind of want to build something too, I like using my hands and I need some sort of project.

library refers to code i think? cstd? maybe?

Gtfo with citing source as reddit

I guess you'll need it when you're managed by IS and Business majors that make three times as much as you.

Yeah. It's the degree required to be a librarian, but you also learn how to handle large data processing/cataloging programs. You can get a regular Information Sciences degree, but other than the few extra classes on learning about moving between digital information and physical information like a librarian needs, the degrees are identical.

tell me bout it lol fucking plebs dude

my gf is a digital marketer...we argue...lol

That's pretty cool man. Not sure how economically viable it is, but I think it's still pretty sweet. I have a big thing for books and library stuff sounds like fun.

all the yes. books for lyfe.

favorite book. GO.

it does, it peaks on the seventh day of your nofap and then flies around 370-380
actaps.com.cn/paper/200206/article/15.HTM
Main problem is primarily porn and too much masturbation.

Let The Right One In

Eh, depends on what field you are going into. I went in with dreams of academic librarianship, but probably going to pursue business or government librarian. Those jobs tend to be cushier and some insane job security once you're in.

literally going to the gym and saving money for apartments and (((classes)))

usually yes. you wanna unload ropes on your girl? don't fap.

never read it. mine is The Sparrow

that self improvement means nothing if you aren't applying it to bigger things.

gvt jobs ftw. all the winz.

fapping is not a job. jajajajja

are you german? or just retarded.

Studying hard for end of school year exams. Going to gym three times a week. Walking doggos from time to time and reading books.
