Nobody really knows who wrote the Protocols. It simultaneously appeared in Russia & France before the Communist revolutions in Europe and even predicts their outcome to some degree.

It does not matter are "Protocols" authentic or fake. Many of the things it lays down have occurred in modern times and it can be classified as "prophetic" work to some degree considering it was released or appeared to public in 1903.
