Alfredo, owner of the Casa Alfredo establishment, lived months of terror with constant threats from the Turkish Ercan Cincin that required him every month to pay a thousand euros to "protect" the Italian restaurant that the Portuguese was operating in Hamburg in Germany.
On September 30, 2015, Alfredo and the Turk argued. In the ensuing fight, the gun that Cincin took with him, in a menacing way, that was lying on a table fell to the ground and was caught by the Portuguese who shot with a headshot.
