went to the gym. I've been going every day for a week now and doing cardio hoping it would help with my shitty mood. It doesn't seem to have had much of an effect so far.

Find some more fun stuff to challyourself with, user. Cardio is good for catharsis, for purifying your mind, but I feel like it just spends your spirit. It's fun to do something that requires finesse, grace, balance, strength etc

Get better experience. It's a meme but when we hired people at my old job we never gave a fuck about formatting, etc. All we cared about was experience and education.

Start some lifting.

Cardio just tires me out. If I run too long, I get bored and want to stop. When I'm finished, I don't feel like I accomplished much aside from throwing away some time.

But those days where I lift a solid 10 pounds more than last time or notice that I did a set effortlessly, knowing that it was impossible just a month ago, those are the times I really feel accomplished.

I started my winter bulk and went to the gym. Also I began listening to The Art of the Deal.
It's pretty good so far and very inspirational. I think, without exaggeration, that Trump may be one of the most exceptional men to ever live.

my qt nutritionist said that it's because I have too much weight to lose (i'm 6ft and currently weight 297 pounds, when I get to 200 I will be atleast happy to fit into a size 34 instead of 42) and that probably my metabolism will hit a plateu once I get off another 10 lbs then she'll change my diet.

Right now I'm only walking for my excercise (and going up and down my building stairs like 10 or more times a day to do my daily activities) because I busted my knee while drunk and it didn't properly healed since being a hard ass idiot like I am I didn't want to go to the doctor, I think it might be the ligaments since from time to time I feel like someone is drilling on the side of my knees and my whole left leg feels weak af, I might get surgery once I drop down to a healthy weight, maybe doing some weighlifting excercises might help that problem but who knows, probably will stick to the upper body and shit that doesn't involve putting too much preassure on my knees
