Not really, he deconstructed Russia with korenization programs and permanently ruined the balance of power in Europe. There is no eastern counterbalance to Germany or Great Britain anymore.
These posts are made to destroy the abundant #pizzagate evidence.
Do not fall for them.

Beautiful
lmao
this is unironically a good painting and that's the first time I have ever said that about communist "art"
why is it spelled Gitler instead of Hitler?
reminder that Stalin killed more Russians than anybody in history
What do you say about this?
Ukrops swap H for G
Different languages.
We, for example, don't have a sound fitting 'th' in 'the'. So we essentially all say 'ze'.
Same as we don't have 'h' the way it is in English, we have a close to it letter, but not the exact same one.
To be honest, I don't like Deyneka. His work is far too Impressionistic. I love Vuchetich though. Pic related and the Volgograd sculpture are fantastic

Reminder that on the 23rd of August 1939 Stalin has signed a pact with Hitler to start the war in Europe
>saved Europe
>proceeds to take over half of it for 60 years
el oh el
I still have a copy of this poster with a different subtitle from my visit to Russia during the 2012 election season. It was an ad for the Communist Party.
makes me want to play world at war again
I like Deyneka's stuff more for the exact same reason - official socrealism art is too 'monumental' for me. But I can see how traditional art is interesting from an american point of view
I wonder if they ever met in person. We will never know.

What's a gitlera?
Thank you based Stalin for ensuring a constant flow of subhumans to europe
Saved Europe from what? Fucking nothing
>Replaced one racist socialist genocidal Eastern-European empire with another
nah m8
Doubt it. If they did, hitler would have known better then to fuck with big guy
>Vienna
Pure coincidence
why do russians use "g" instead of "h"? any linguists care to explain?
do you feel saved?
no "h" in russian alphabet. there's Х but it's not really the same
I don't know, but my guess is that it's a tradition from translating german names - Heidelberg to Gaydelberg, Heine to Gayne, Hegel to Gegel, I guess it's just easier for us to pronounce than with a H
There is a h (х), it's like your h but harsher
Europe is on it's way out though
Hitler could have saved it
...
well, there is a combination of "x"+vowel, so I'm leaning more towards explanation
thank you both
I had it explained to me that the Russian "x" was too harsh for casual transliteration, so the "g" sound took its place for that purpose.
So it's not "Charry Potter" (like "Chanukah"), but "Garry Potter".
How's that working out for you?
