What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

I don't think that makes a lot of sense. If everything is socially owned, you still need to ensure that local communities have some rights over their shit. It's vitally important since you don't want the rule of law getting too arbitrary. That's bad for everyone involved.

This is why i love leftypol. Lefties come here, but as soon as they have to debate in an environment where they can't just ban/shame the person who doesn't share their views, they end up getting redpilled unless they completely abandon logic.
I'm not a lefty but I'm also not that hostile to your ideology. The main problem with decentralized (democratic) planning is that very few actually know what to do and how to do it so you have two different scenarios.
1: Everyone does it and nothing gets done properly
2: "Everyone" does it. Meaning the most gifted and inclined to administration influence everyone else towards his decisions
3: A few do it and things get done
2 and 3 are essentially the same and the main issue about 3 is that now you have a class of administrators that objectively hold more power over everyone else, meaning you don't have an equal society and not everyone is treated equaly.
About compensation and such, those making the hard decisions probably deserve a bigger one but if you do that now you have classical capitalism.
