It's growing like a motherfucker. It's now a top 3,000 website in USA, and only been around for 9 months.

In tried to get people here into this a few months ago. I joined back when there were around 12,000 users total. Same response back then, most just went full autist and screeched like a monkey.
Just deleting your social media accounts isn't a solution to the left wing's total control and ownership of social media platforms. You're off the grid so you have zero impact on everyone who's still there.
Gab is the proper response. Create a platform that they don't control, can't censor, and let's people bypass the MSM without restraint. This is important because this year was a battle between social media and corporate media, and social media won. This will only become more important as years go by.

Twitter is a platform for unbearable faggots. Imagine what level of subhuman you have to be to be banned and go to 'gab'
It's still early, so growth is going to be relatively fast. Gaining 1,500 per month is huge when the total user base is only a few hundred thousand, but it's not objectively fast. If there were a thirty million accounts then +1500 per month would be almost invisible.
I'm looking forward to simply having a fully operational platform in the mid terms. The leftists are refusing to stop or learn from their mistakes, so I expect a lot more censoring will suddenly happen to both rogue R & D candidates in 2018. By then, Gab (and hopefully others) will be able to seamlessly absorb disgruntled users from mainstream platforms.
That said, I don't post on gab myself yet. I'm waiting for them to create an Android app, normal web browsers are such a pain in the ass.

Right. The left's plan for 2018 and 2020 was to crack down hard on speech so something like Trump can't happen again.
They already started purging, and I think the Twitter purge was pre-planned with the expectation that Hillary would win. It went forward anyway.
The only solution is for us to build our own alternatives with free speech.
I like it, but Twitter's software and UI/UX features have been refined over many years, so Gab still feels a little clunky by comparison. They definitely caught the right audience at the right time though, and I expect they will continue to do well; so long as Twitter, Facebook, etc. continue to crack down on conservatives.
