The 740 million of European population aren't anywhere 95% white.
1. The Big 4 Euro countries- France, Germany, Britain and Italy are all heavily compromised and below 90% by now.
2. This figure includes Russia - all of it, from European parts to the easternmost point of the world. There's no way Russia ia anywhere near 90% or even 80% white. It's actually hard to gauge exactly how white it is because Tatars and various Eurasian halfbreeds often call themselves "ethnic Russian".
3. The 95-99% white countries in Europe are mostly microstates (except Poland, which is on the lower end of a mid-sized country)
I'd put the number of white Europeans at about 600 million. I think that's a generous estimate too.
