tl;dr how did he kill so many people in that short of a timespan carrying all that shit?
4 and a half minutes is plenty of time to kill 26 people. That's one kill every 10 seconds. Take a moment to think about it. Count out 10 seconds in your head. Just sit and count it out. Now, could you have shot someone dead in that timespan? Easily. With time to deliberate, think about it, aim, do it and have a few seconds to spare. Then do it 26 more times. A reload takes a split second if you're good. Only a couple of extra seconds if you aren't.
Now, take all that, and compress it. He wasn't firing one shot every ten seconds. He had grouped up people, and was able to fire off lots of rounds into bunches of kids, probably killing several within a single of our 10 second spans.
