i feel much better since i quit a few months ago
most surprising thing was, that there were actual withdrawal side effects. my gues is that coffee nowadays is what tobacco used to be in the past. there are plenty of scientic essays about the benefits of smoking from the 19th century.
coffee has effects on your water household, calcium metabolism, can make you nervous, even lead to/suppport anxienty attacks and its super available
I save on average $60 a month. Seems like it should be more.

Yes. Coffee tires your adrenal glands. Use it only as a supplement once in a while, but it is better to harness energy from a good diet, sleep and exercise routines that are consistent
Are we getting raided? This is the 12 thread in the catalog about coffee
Why are there like 20 threads about coffee? We already know Trump lied to you, just accept it.
no. its good for you.

Many
>Save money
>Better REM sleep
>Less reliant on a stimulant for energy
>If you're the type that puts sugar and creamer in your cup then you're getting a better diet
>Better teeth
>Shave a few minutes off in the morning (for what that's worth)
>Drinking too much (more than a cup a day) could cause serious health issues like deficiencies even without sugar and creamer
I used to rely on coffee, but then i started working out for about 30 minutes a day, having something with avocados about everyday, maintaining a good diet, and sleeping 6-7 hours a day. Now i have more energy than coffee would give me

There is a coffee-themed flooding operation going on.
Do not participate.
You won't have to drink coffee everyday to avoid a caffeine headache and when your caffeine resistance returns to normal you will be able to effectively use caffeine in reasonable doses when you really need it.
makes you shit good in the morning. Also i was thinking about making a coffee thread earlier today... strange
I hate coffeefaggots so fucking much.
We're on to you coffeekike
This is all horseshit.
Firstly the rigour of modern scientific research is far greater than it was in the 19th century. The concept of peer-reviewed studies is fairly recent.
The effects of coffee on the body have been studied for decades and are fairly well known. There are virtually no scientists who believe coffee's bad for you and in fact many believe it's beneficial.
And when was the last time you saw "Big Coffee" lobbying the
Caffeine interferes with your melatonin production, hence lowers deep sleep quality.
Furthermore its addictive and psychoactive components seem to disturb circadian rhythm and cognitive repair mechanism over time.
I only would recommend that someone with beginning Alzheimers may start with caffeine or other cognitive impairments.
Better sleep.
In Germany with this very old saying which can be translated into something like this along the lines: Tiredness is the livers pain.
You have to understand why you feel tired and why you want to drink coffee in the first place.
Two factors are key when it comes to tiredness.
Melatonin which is controlled by light and circadian rhythm and deep sleep.
And Adenosin which is a product of liver metabolic processes.
Coffee interferes in both processes but fucks up the first what makes coffee no good choice regarding long term health or to be more precise caffeine. Coffee has other beneficial compounds which are very good.
Though the Adenosin production is mainly related to diet and here you can do some good things. Like cut of bad fatty acids, sugar, alcohol, medication.
You also can consume raw cacao which is mils Adenosin inhibitor and other great benefits.
Though if your body tells you that it is tired you may just look for some rest, close the eyes and mediate while breathing focused for 15 minutes.
This is a very powerful technique to lower the Adenosin concentration in your brain.
TL;DR: stop caffeine, change diet, look for some rest if tired. DO NOT DISTURB YOUR CIRCARDIAN RHYTHM.
