Law of One is so extensive and complex you will have to find out it's true meaning on your own. However I can point you in the right direction with the "Ra material" or with "Hidden Hand" - key words that make sense searching independently.

Hard to say, there are so many... I guess realizing that the rich people were always the ones in power in the last 2000-3000 years or so. You had kings, barons, pharaohs etc who accumulated wealth and payed people to fight. Wars were fought by rich people with paid armies. Later on, the rich people always were the power behind government, making the people think they have anything to say in democracy...

Around 1900, the relevant power not completely subverted yet were Imperial Germany, the Russian Empire and the Japanese Empire. There, the monarch still basically had absolute rule, but was not necessarily the richest person.

People don't know the actual policies of National Socialism, except "remove Jews", "Lebensraum" and "Holocaust". In reality, tell the people the social and economic ideas behind national socialism without telling them it's national socialism... they'd be exited to know more.

I think we can do better. What is necessary is a higher purpose that unifies people. Fear of an omnipotent God who promises an eternity of fire for the disobedient works pretty well. It's mostly based in negative reinforcement. What would be even better is if humanity as a whole could get excited for scientific progress. Humans could probably achieve immortality, freedom from all illness and suffering, robot labor and space colonization in a couple of hundred years if the entire species worked together, implemented a strict division of labor and practiced eugenics.
