there are a few things to take away from dragonball:
-even on an atomic level, there is a strict limit of how much force you can have in a small area, like someone's muscles. most of what happens in dragonball would have physical consequences in the world more dramatic than 'a big crater in the ground' (things would liquefy, become so hot that the entire region would burn, magnetic forces would be generated, etc)
-vulnerability is 'glazed over' when in reality even an all powerful marital artist would still be vulnerable to a lot of attacks like poison, fatigue, contusions
-even if you could gather this much energy in one place, it would need a source. even a perfectly functioning body would need an incredibly potent fuel source, and the atomic transport mechanism to get this fuel into the muscle cells
in other words, this is typical asian power fantasy based on miniaturization, not macro-scale construction, it's not possible therefore is IDOLATRY, not truth

Hit is also more powerful than Beerus, his time skip thing paired with the fact he grows in strength like a sayjin with every fight ensures this.

Hit isn't really Champa was confident he could easily one shot Hit and considering he's supposedly weaker than Beerus its obvious that he's on such a level that time skip doesnt concern him. Similar to how Goku when he was blatantly stronger was able to bypass the time skip. Supers main issue is that its power scaling is complete shit and some of the stupid retcons like Vegitos fusion getting undone after a few mins are just bullcrap. [spoiler][/spoiler]The new stuff it brings to the table like the universal tournament are great its just let down by other stupid shit.
