What's your definition of "serial killer?" Typically these surveys count anyone who commits more than one murder, which when you have a country populated by Basketball Americans is going to be a problem, seeing how their favorite pastime is "vroom-vroom-shooty-shooty-bang-bang"

The thing is that the USA actually tracks serial killers when India does not for example. They don't have FBI over there and probably don't investigate very long...

Maybe the serial killers are just more efficient in other countries. Or maybe US is better at catching them, and other countries misattribute murders of multiple killers to one killer.
