Hand recounts are notoriously more innaccurate than actual machine counts. My guess is the additional votes came via human error. This is why this entire campaign was stupid to begin with. The true fraud occurred in California (illegal aliens voting in the millions), and probably NH, CO, NV, and possibly Virginia.

If it was just Standard Republican VS Standard Democrat, then the results would have been the same except those three states would have been blue, and Florida, Ohio, Nevada and Colorado would have been the states that decided the election
But now that an OFFICIAL recount of Wisconsin has been done, then there is no viable proof of Russian hacking as the rest of the states voted as they typically do.
