The vast majority of information on "norse paganism" (which varied massively depending on where it was practiced) is mostly either biased as all hell or was recorded centuries after the Christianity took over. So essentially they've started with a few tarnished scraps of a religion and just filled in the blanks so they can pretend to be vikangz n shit.
