The punishment for hate speech can be fines, imprisonment, or both, depending on the decision of the judiciary in your case. Usually its fines, but they have imprisoned people for it in the past.

Here it's vaguely worded under "hate speech" but I'm pretty sure you could get in trouble for denying the Holocaust even though I've seen some people publicly deny it (sort of) and nothing happened to them but there's also a story of a German who got deported for hate speech at German court request and they found that the German law for hate speech is applicable here as well.

The problem specifically is that whereas before these hate speech laws might be confined to vague definitions of racism and whatnot, now there is a very specific legal definition of anti-semitism, and will make it much easier to convict anyone of a hate crime who acts in the manner laid out in the OP. So in reality, even questioning whether Jews have more loyalty to Israel than to the UK, can now be considered hate speech there. Not necessarily that they will arrest and imprison someone for that, but that they CAN.

I am absolutely not. This is the exact problem with the British system.
