Camp Verde is north of Phoenix a bit off I - 17.

North Phoenix is heavy on newer sub-divisions. Mix of whiteys and mexicans.

I-17 north has some developments for whitey, Anthem and the like, some shit around New River where the outlet malls are. The rest of the towns going north are a mix of newer developments for Phoenix commuters, a few shit tier trailer parks, and people dropping modular houses on a couple of acres for 'muh horse property'.

I-17 is always busy with white fucks heading to Sedona to look for eat, pray, love shit-tier spiritually wrapped in some Native American horseshit (the rocks are pretty tho).

Or heading to Flagstaff for colder weather and some trees and mountains and shit.

You would also be closer to Prescott which is what white people who want to be cowboys but really don't like to live, not a bad town tho 8/10 would live there.

Summers are fucking horrible in Phoenix. If you're a /n/igger like me who loves to cycle, it's basically impossible for 3 months out of the year. Very suburban for the most part, but home prices are reasonable. And yes, while there are a lot of beaners in the Phoenix area, there is only a negligible amount of Blacks. I think even the worst of beaner neighborhoods are better than black neighborhoods and are at least functional.

As a city it's got it's ups and it's downs. Most areas of town are quite nice and generally very peaceful, the major issue I have had living here the past 14 years is there is fucking nothing to do most of the time and don't bother going outside in the summer.

If you enjoy the outdoors, owning pretty much whatever firearm you want, cheap houses, and a mostly non-degenerate conservative population you're in luck.

It's pretty great 9 months out of the year. Gonna need a vacation home in Colorado for summer, just so you know.

Yeah, the area of Glendale I'm in is pretty peaceful. We had a family of niggers in my neighborhood a while back. There was a huge stand off with the police, about a dozen cop cars on my street. This resulted in 2 of them being arrested and the rest were evicted by their landlord. Been peaceful here ever since.

What I find most unique about phoenix is our infatuation with "shopping complexes" like Norterra, Westgate, Desert Ridge, Tempe Marketplace etc. compared to your more common mall like Arrowhead.

There are signs within 30 miles of the border telling you not to keep going unless you have a gun. I actually had a cop ask to make sure I was appropriately armed when he pulled me over about 10 miles north of Nogales. Shot the shit about guns for 20 minutes.

Just north you've got some great public land all the way up to Prescott. Beautiful country up there.

Camp Verde is like 80 miles north of Phoenix. You're not going to be able to commute. You'll have to live in the Verde Valley, which is pretty boring but safe and cheap. Zero niggers, a few Indians who are no trouble, and only a manageable number of relatively docile beaners who work hard and mind their own business. Definitely one of the most conservative places you will ever find. It's great if you like the outdoors. You can own and carry any gun you want, without any license, waiting period or even a background check if you buy it privately.

Prescott is similar but wealthier and even more conservative. It's paradise.

Flagstaff is livelier because of the college, but more crime because of the interstate and railroad and gigantic Navajo Indian reservation. Also full of commie liberal college pukes.

If you live near the lightrail and don't mind liberals downtown Tempe is fun. There is business, there are people etc. Its a normal fucking city, just really hot.

I've only been over there a couple times, but not in my experience. Bunch of indians because of the science programs there, but aside from that it's just some kids finishing up their degrees with no stance on politics. That campus is really a commuter campus so no one gets too involved with anything there

I will say this. Downtown Tempe is one of the craziest party strips I've ever seen. It probably puts the Las Vegas Strip or Sunset Blvd in LA to shame.
