I love my norwegian brothers

I hear the salary (income) levels are high as fuck in Norway, especially for the most educated people. I'm graduating next year with M.Sc. (EE) degree next year and I've been thinking of moving to Norway at some point once I have gathered more work experience in Finland. Do Norwegian folks speak/understand English fluently? I have no intention of learning Norwegian myself as I already hate and suck at Swedish.
