Government aims to modchip "autists" - legislation extremely broad

A new bit of legislation may allow autists to be modchipped for tracking.
https :// www.congress.gov/bill/114th-congress/house-bill/4919/text
The reason is to make sure they don't "wander into unsafe environments"
What's an unsafe environment?
Not defined.
Does this include people with ADHD or other low end cases?
Likely.

ALSO:
>Lorretta Lynch makes the calls and defines the thresholds and techniques
>Clinton Foundation may be covered by "non-profit organisation" to get grants (says some government organisations can claim the grant if connected to non-profit organisations - REMEMBER this is extremely broadly construed)

It's also almost certainly meant to be misinterpreted to be innocent. Highlighting how corrupt the American government is.

Also this bit is confusing:

>(6) NON-INVASIVE AND NON-PERMANENT.—The term “non-invasive and non-permanent” means, with regard to any technology or device, that the procedure to install the technology or device does not create an external or internal marker or implant a device or other trackable items.

The legislation wants to install a device, but this says the procedure cannot install the device.
What procedure is this?
Does this mean another device on top of the initial device?

>suddenly every crazy bum screaming about "the CIA put microchips in my brain" is 1000x more believable

what a time to be a line

So now whole Sup Forums gets chipped?

>autists to be modchipped for tracking.

>NON-INVASIVE AND NON-PERMANENT

It's that Jap thing where they put a water-proof sticker on a fingernail. They're doing it for non-compus-mentis dementia geezers.

Pretty much. Autism is a broad spectrum.

This is a code worded piece of legislation, carefully worded to encompass groupthink AND give donations to Clinton.

I doubt that. It says "other device"

Like it's saying the procedure can put OTHER devices there.
Either way, they're still tracking autists. And the CF could be fed chocolate.

Hold me Sup Forums, as we go down into hell.

Here's the house call.

>%91 of Americans own smart phones.
>Implying that we aren't already micro chipped.
I'm 23 years old and have never owned a cellphone.

Your autism is really showing with your litany of texts

>It's microchip

You have a choice with a phone.
You do not with a chip.

Both shouldn't track you. Both are equally absurd.

Here's legislation that wants to microchip people, and all you want to do is reinforce your cognitive dissonance?

Get fucked. You're shit bait.

Same brother

>When someone asks you your number

Infact, we should already be furious?

Why are we not burning capitol hill?
We should have after 9/11, let alone now.

Autism is the next stage of human evolution they want to keep them Under control before they take over

>When someone asks you your number
I give them my land line number.

>The reason is to make sure they don't "wander into unsafe environments"

Why? Most autists just sit in their parents house playing vidya, watching anime and jerking off.

just the handicapped get chipped, that is, those who qualify for NEETbux

kek

WE THE OPPRESSED EVOLVED ONES NOW

That's the oddest part. It doesn't even make any sense. I've never heard of autists going on walkabout.
Dementia you have a point, but autism? You're pushing it.

Why put a chip in you when you will willing carry it on you.
>%91 of Americans own smart phones.
>Most smart phones have GPS that tracks all of your movements.
>Social interactions are being done more and more over the internet.
>Most people use their phones to access the internet for social interactions.
>Everything is tracked by the cell phone companies.
>Putting chips under people's skin would cost a lot of tax payer dollars.
>People willing by cell phones with their own money.
>People willing upgrade cell phones with their own money.
We are asking to be chipped.

All we asked is proper encryption to hide our tracks.
But they won't allow it.

So it's death to the government. Only cage I'm in is God's.
Not the governments.

In fact the increasing invasion on privacy and our complacency means we are well overdue for a guillotining.

>O vey, these autistic people are wandering into (((areas))) they shouldn't be
>we'll chip them for their own safety

Yeah, no.

It's the shittiest legislation I have seen.

I have never seen such horribly undefined legislation.

>safe environment
>autism (where on the spectrum)
>that section forbidding implants which is confusing in any way you read it
>(((non-profit organisations))) that can get grants

I smell only one person behind this, Clinton.

I read through it a bit, it looks like only children with autism are being chipped so you and your waifus are safe

for now

>it looks like
That's my point.
It looks like that, but those sections are interpreted in the context of the purpose at the start and purpose of preceding legislation.

Even then, I can't interpret it. It's too broad. No reasonable person could work out the threshold without going to common law precedent. This is new medical science - there is barely any precedent.
So the JUDGES may have discretion here, especially the att. general WHO IS CONNECTED TO THE FOUNDATION!

That is my problem. Especially when that SC judge conveniently died earlier this year.
