After the Napoleonic wars France was better off then ever, the Congress of Vienna was incredibly lenient. The Versailles treaty on the other hand crippled and humiliated Germany even though World War 1 wasn't declared unilaterally by it like the conquests of Napoleon.

Once Russia was out of the war Germany temporarily could divert more resources and manpower to the western front. During this period in the spring of 1918 Germany mounted a series of massive offensives that potentially could have broken the stalemate of the war. The US were participating in the war at the time, but arguably France, and most definitely the British sections of the line could have held without the US. Once those offensives were broken Germany did not have the strength to win the war.
The US did not save anyones asses, your involvement in WW1 was almost irrelevant. Realistically the US involvement in WW1 was less than Australia's and that is saying something.

UK defeated France at Trafalgar and at congress of Vienna they already made new deals without Napoleon, that was 100 years before WW1 and after that France/UK were together, since they fought against Russia in 1855. That was before Wilhelm was even born.

No. The UK and France still viewed each other as rivals. However continued fighting between each other would have been detrimental to their colonial expansion. The relationship was not 'friendly', hostility was just in neither parties interest. The UK could have stayed neutral in WW1 if Wilhelm II had not attempted to assert Germany as a colonial power in the 1890s.
