I'm making a Sup Forums themed Dungeons and Dragons campaign, which I'm going to DM. I need some ideas for locations and NPCs.
So far I have Commiefornia, and Jew York as a few locations, and I have John Oliver as one of the enemies.
Give me some ideas.

Monotheistic religion, with Kek as the holy figure. Getting doubles on rolls provides a radiant damage boost (so if your calculated roll total is a 22, you get radiant damage bonus)

After Fucking up Straya and his band of steroid kangaroos in AU the group steals his ship and sails to the middle East in order to do the Pilgrimmage. On their way there they are approached by Somali pirates who you can either recruit as a war asset, destroy, or if you trigger the right scenario recruit Baba the Somali Pirate follower.
So far Carl the Cuck has been added
-Aids Skrillex has been added (working with Carl)
-Isis bandit camp has been added
-Soros has been added as one of the final bosses
-King WeWuz has been added
One player is playing as Donald Trump (wizard) with Mike Pence as companion (electricity focused wizard.) Another is playing as Mr. Negi Generation 3000 (Pyro - Sorcerer), and another is playing Prometheus (warrior)
-A Happy Merchant has been added as a shop keep, later to be revealed a bad guy.
-Jews added as a human sub-race
-Dindu added as a human sub-race
-John Oliver has the same stats as a human cultist, I'm still thinking on how to change him
-Sam Hyde added but it's a rare encounter

4e was bs, 5e is actually great.
3.5e is fucking shit in retrospect.
"oh wow can't wait to play my magic user. Oh wait, I don't have any free cantrips, BETTER RELY ON HAND CROSSBOWS FOR 3 LEVELS".
DC classes are unbalanced as shit and the whole skill system is fucked, and honestly, the amount of people I've managed to get into 5e vs 3.5e is huge, no one wants to sit around adding their base attack bonus and shit, ain't no newbies got time for that. 5e has been great for getting people into it, and there's already so much great stuff like:
- all monster manual monsters exist as 3d printable free online models if you have a 3d printer
- third party kickstarted books like kobold press's magic series, tome of beasts, and arcanis's reforged magic items.
- new second monster manual ish book that includes loads of new playable races including bad guys, and tonnes of lovecraftian monsters.
All they need is to add the psionic expansion and it is pretty much perfect.

Add Hillary and Soros as bosses. Maybe make Moloch or Saturn as bosses. You could also save stuff up for later campaigns. Make it interesting.

If you are looking for a fun and easy system I really can't stress enough how much fun the D6 system by West End Games was.
The best campaigns I ever played was with that system. Character creation is a breeze and all you need is a handful of D6. The only downside is as the game progresses your handful of dice get a bit crazy but it is still fun
