In 1922, Hitler proclaimed that "world history teaches us that no person has become great through its economy but that a person can very well perish thereby", and later concluded that "the economy is something of secondary importance". Hitler and the Nazis held a very strong idealist conception of history, which held that human events are guided by small numbers of exceptional individuals following a higher ideal. They believed that all economic concerns, being purely material, were unworthy of their consideration. Hitler went as far as to blame all previous German governments since Bismarck of having "subjugated the nation to materialism" by relying more on peaceful economic development than on expansion through war.

see Until 1944 everything was rather great for the German worker and then it went downhill rather quick. While on the other hand Britain and Russia could only keep up with US aid. Take this away and both countries would actually have lacked the resources and more importantly, the food, to even function for more than a few months. Then the pay of the worker would have bothered no one.
Making it "so great" for the worker until 1944 was actually a bad move by Hitler, he should have focused more resources towards war and should have gone "total war" right after the invasion of Russia started, maybe even before that if it doesn't tip off the soviets.

The idea Hitler conveyed was that a Nation is like an organism and when one part sufferes, the rest automatically suffers with it at one point or another. Hence socialism (not the marxist kind) was seen as needed and part of "love for your own people), i.e. trying to make a nation as healthy and happy as possible and you can't do this by exploiting the lesser educated.
In addition, they produced good propaganda for families to create children and since they had conservative family values, i.e. women mostly at home, even the well educated could create families with ease without expecting big set backs in terms of financial stability.
What you describe, i.e. breeding only smart people, would lead to them not wanting to do certain jobs which means outsourcing is needed, foreign dependency created and so on...
A nation without "stupid" people inevitable has to give away sovereignty because at some point, they have to start relying on jobs/industry from other nations.

Hitler eradicated unemployment and achieved remarkable economic growth already before the start of WW2. USA on the other hand had 15% unemployment in 1941. Check some sources and see for yourself.

This meme again. Please educate about the time period 1850-1950. We are not in Highschool anymore where you can stay at this level of education and think it is the truth. Belgium and Netherlands were taken because they made their neutrality void by letting British planes fly over them and due to the facts that French and British military forces were joining close to Germany's biggest industrial complex, the Rhineland. That's not how things are. Hitler goes in lengths on the importance of blood purity and eugenics. For example, he states that parents who are both physically unhealthy should not create a unhealthy child and make them suffer for their life, but should adopt a healthy child and raise him/her well with all their efforts. Regardless of the implications of socialism, the key point of NatSoc doctrine is to create a society of mentally and physically healthy people.
