Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage.
What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

When the capitalist class has been completely vanquished, there will be only one class, the working class, and eventually the functions of the state will become indistinguishable from the functions of the society as a whole, and the state as such will 'wither away' as Marx said.
I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you're a legitimate follower of Marxist ideas. So I have a legitimate question; how does the ideal Communist society come about when every Communist society has failed and has not met the standards you've espoused? Primarily, a stateless and classless society.

How would a Marxist controlled economy function, in regards to the day to day decisions that would make for example an auto-mobile factory function. How would the collectivised ownership of this factory be able to compete with otehr collectivised factories in an efficient manner, unless communism totally does away with simple things like "markets", then carry on. Expanding on this, how would the manufacturer (the producer of the car) work together with the engineers and designers (the producer of the design of the car) in way that would enrich both parties?
