I live in LA County, its basically Mexico away from the coastal areas, and law enforcement has a policy of not enforcing immigration laws. Millions of illegal Mexicans in this state voted for Hillary, and I have seen many anecdotes regarding people visiting from abroad specifically to commit voter fraud.

If you're talking about illegal Mexicans it's closer to 40 million.
Most surveyors have been using data from the 2011 census which only gives a figure of 11 million illegals, but this is flawed because it requires illegals to declare themselves.
A much more documented study was conducted in 2014 which used remittance data, school registration data and other more reliable sources.
That figure came out to around 30 million, plus another 3 million on average crossing the border every year since 2010.
Thank god we won this election, because if we didn't, we would have never won an election again.
