The only thing pointing towards this is that the shooter seemed to be the only security on site, which means that he couldn't be an "off-duty" cop, since there would then be an actual security guard present.
Question is if there actually was a real security guard present. Did he flee when the shooter fired and called for backup? was he standing guard outside?
Any info on this would show us whether or not this assassination had government backing behind it.
