This guy has a tape of trump he claims will get all his electoral college votes voided on january 6th.

Any lawfag on here have any idea about the potential of this? The way i understand it is, if trump gets enough of his votes voided, then congress must select from the top three electoral winners. Which would be Trump, Clinton, and Colin Powell.

Does the congress have the right to void votes based on a tape that gets leaked? Or is there legal proceedings saying it must be based on faulty electoral verifiction?

Will hilldog actually get in? Powell? What will the fallout be?

The real question is would it even motivate congress to do such a thing, even if they could? The way Arnold sounds is that the shit was a joke, like Trump may have even been acting or playing a part. It doesn't say "They can change their mind or Congress can override their vote".

I think you can call for an Impeachment for anything. But Congress needs to vote for it. Again, majority Republican.
