OK I have a heart (Christmas and all, 3 sizes today etc) but in the end, you are literally just propping up a horrifically failed culture. What did Africans do before the West got the feels for them and started all of these aid projects? They didn't breed like rabbits for one. Just call it what it is already and let nature take its course. This is a monumentally flawed and broken culture that somehow, despite being surrounded by immense natural resources, has failed in every measurable way to advance their status. You cannot just do everything for these people. It will literally never end and the population of dependent people will just magnify.
