There are a few motives that inform this phenomenon.

Rappers can still say "Faggot" without repercussion (with the notable exception of Eminem, the white man who alone was pressured to apologize and Macklemore, the white man who took the Lady Gaga route). In a cultural environment where entertainment celebrities are in lockstep for this or that progressive cause, it is only a rapper who can for instance say what Tyler the Creator did about cyber bullying. So, while rap is generally nigger shit, it will nonetheless have a vital role in the continuing war against the globalists.
