i have gotten out of jury duty multiple times. It isn't special. No one at the county office gives a shit about you reporting in for jury duty. It's a roll fillable by any u.s. citzen. They compensate you per day at a rate of about 40 dollars a day. If your day is only worth 40 dollars, go for it. Some of us have lives to live.
