Is he right?

Ya he doesnt, there is no source and what is sourced elsewhere is from here
washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/measuring-a-presidents-approach-on-foreign-policy/2012/01/14/gIQANYv13P_print.html?tid=a_inl
in which it states only that he reads the pdb before meetings.

Trump also says he doesnt

fake news

He doesn't skip briefings. He just tells people not to tell him the same thing over and over again. If there's something new then he should be briefed on it.

>agency supplying training and weapons to terrorists says others are responsible for when they attack

Do think he would read and/or comprehend the briefings if they were emailed to him?

>Also said he was smart so he didn't need intel.
*that hes already been told before.

he wants them to tell him if anything new happens or when something changes.

I see what you did there. Obama did read his briefings every day... The report was that he skipped his daily briefings 56% of the time. It's not now debunked because he "read" his briefings. And who knows if he even did that.

>meanwhile king nigger only attended to 40%of the briefings

This.

It's why he picked qualified people in the first place. So they can actually do what they're good at.
