Wakey wakey wage cucks...

Wakey wakey wage cucks. You had a nice long extended weekend but it's time to go back to your soul crushing job and make Mr. Shekelberg enough money for that yacht. Make sure to force yourself to shit and stuff your face with carbohydrates and sugars. Hurry up wage cuckey you know there is traffic on the highway can't be late.

What're you gonna do all day, user?

..... Said the social virgin reject on welfare.

Will be at home, I work from my computer almost 100%. ;3

>2017, not working from home self employed.

Sounds sweet. What do you do?

Monitor social media for thought crimes?

yes, go make me some comfy neetbucks

Probably going to start off meditating. After that eat a healthy breakfast filled with the nutrients my body needs to get the day started. I always like to pick up a new language every day, today I think I will pick up Urdu. This will get me going to about noon where I will probably go hiking and contemplate the meaning of life. After that...Who knows! I like being spontaneous, wage cucks.

I deal in a specific field of antiques (would prefer not to say as to not give people ideas) almost exclusively online.

Do you gamble or trade, or do you engage in some sort of cyber labor and actually build things? I know a guy who making a good living gambling online, seems comfy.

The only part I have to go outside for is going to the post office desu.

If you do not contribute to society via taxes, you should not recieve any of the benefits that tax payers get. I don't care if you want to be a lazy fuck, but you shouldn't be a leach

I trade in a specific field of antiques.

Speaking of gambling though, I did win £1000 on Trump. Probably will be the first and last time I gamble.

>work a 4 pm - 10 pm shift delivering food 6 days a week
>poor time management
>always up late
>virtually do no work and get paid very little
Do you really want to do the bare minimum in life, user?

Don't you feel like you'd wonder what you could have been?

H-how else will they afford gasoline and fast food?

when you can't attack the argument, attack the person.
>tfw not a kankergrachtsmof

UK user is involved in human trafficking on the underground slave market -- the most ancient of trades.

Dildos for faggots

;3

Yes.. dildos.

Bare in mind slaves, the more you work, the less your master pays you.

tuesday is also a bank holiday tho

Good morning! I actually can't wait to get back to work today. I was thinking about it all weekend. Today, I am running my new task force regarding increasing nursing education, and tomorrow I have my business intelligence committee, where we're abstracting data from our home care and hospice branch to create new reports for our MBIPS program.

You will never understand what real job satisfaction feels like. i was unemployed for three months; it's "nice", but you're not going to know what it feels like to truly succeed

:^)

...

Well found ;3

>I know a guy who making a good living gambling online, seems comfy.

Trust me it's comfy but it's not for everyone. I've been playing online poker professionally for a few years now and while it's great for me I know a few people who practically went insane from the swings. The more autistic you are the better your chances of success.

What's the most expensive piece of China you've been involved with?

>being excited to work

Mr. Shekelberg has a name for you. It's good goy.

This is especially true in post-national Canada.

Wages have been declining (PPP) for decades, while Canada has arguably the world's largest housing bubble.

Think going to school for a highly technical degree for 5 years with 6 internships of 4 months (2 years), then getting a job that pays $50,000 CAD ($37K USD). An average house in Canada costs $700,000 CAD (over $500K USD). In Toronto, the main industrial hub, a detachaed bungalow averages around $1.2-$1.4M or $1.1M USD while wages are generally in the sub $100K range. A salary above $100K in Toronto is considered "elite". That's $100,000 CAD, or $74K USD.

US Treasuries have skyrocketed since Trump won. The 10 year note went from 1.6% to 2.6%, and the 30 year went from 2.1-2.3% ot 3.1%, which is huge if you understand bonds. Canadian interest rates will be rising soon drastically, and Poloz himself said that 1/3 "monster" mortgage holders won't requalify when they refinance (in Canada mortgage holders have 5 year terms with 25-30 amortizations, so every 5 years they have to requalify under government rules. If your income drops, you lose your job, or interest rates rise, you may not qualify. In that case you have to find an alternate lender, or the bank will default the loan and give it over to the CMHC (Canadian equivalent of Ginnie/Freddie).

Canada is fucked.

About 5k but I have had several in the low thousands.

But that what we need. We need it all to crash and burn.

I know a guy that sold a vase for about £200k that he only payed about £100 for. Had to pay a large amount for taxes though.

;^D

i'd love to talk, but i have to get to the dry cleaners before work to grab my suit.

have a nice day!

That's not my site btw lol, just took an image as an example.

Tfw wageslaves pay for my rent and food while I make gains

Surreal feeling boys.

It almost did reset like the US bubble, but harper passed a quiet rescue package of $120B in Canada (equivalent to $1.2T USD at the time) to bail out the federal Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation.

If you aren't familiar with it, they insure private bank mortgages, on the tax-payers dime. It's a relatively small premium a couple thousand on a multi-hundred thousand dollar mortgage. If the mortgagee defaults, the bank simply writes it off and claims via the CMHC. The CMHC takes the mortgage off their hands, and either forecloses or sits on the house. If they foreclose, any balance owing from the sale price minus the mortgage becomes crown debt, which is not dischargeable in a bankruptcy. In other words, they hound and collect until the day you die (I believe Alberta is the only exception, they have jingle mail like most of the states, where you simply abandon your house/mortgage and the bank has 0 recourse).

underrated

There's a lot of valuable China in France thanks to our expeditions and the opium wars.

Yeah, not just that but you guys have traded with China for a long time. The Ormolu mounted Chinese porcelains are very characteristic of French collections for example.

A lot of antique dealers go your market in 'Lille' for such things. The last one was actually cancelled due to terror threat.
