Its perfectly doable, admittedly - very hard and longterm operation, it will take years to achieve normally. However we are at a very opportune moment - the DNC is in chaos after the election and they've decided the worst possible course - same leadership and doubling down on previous tactics.

A few pointers of my own; Point out that Clinton bribed/blackmailed/threatened Sanders. Point out the pics of Sanders enjoying various luxuries i.e eating lobster, driving a sports car, new home Point out that Hillary wears 12k dollar clothing. Point out that islamic migrants are no-go.
Why should you point these things out? Everytime the left explains their views they do mental gymnastics that are quite interesting, but those that cant follow them wont believe them. The split between Groups one and two is probably going to be a tougher nut to crack than splitting one and two away from Group Three. That might be the spot to mobilize social issues; African American Protestants and Catholics* who give any consideration to their faith can probably be targeted by pushing LGBTBBG and radical feminism stuff at them, and vice versa.
An important note with Feminism is that it isn't monolithic; if you have the intestinal fortitude, you can probably find a feminist claiming almost anything. Get some nice quotes on rape and make an implicit connection to Blacks/Hispanics/Workers, then throw it at them, and so forth.
One key detail, I think, is to make people feel personally attacked by other factions of the coalition, especially the other 'reasonable' half. It's human nature to respond when you are threatened or attacked, so we need to work to generate that response.
Targeting personalities (i.e. issuing memes to call out particular people) is going to be key for this sort of approach. Optimal targets are those with strong social media presences, or else other platforms which can allow them to retaliate.
As far as I can tell, the retaliation is the end goal. Once the conflict is organic, we're golden.
