If that where the case it would also depend on how they served the bills. The courts are notorious for being draconian and crooked regarding fees and money. They will fuck someone as hard as possible. If they took out any kind of insurance and gave the guy a raw bill it could be in the hundreds of thousands.. If you have epilepsy, you don't go to the hospital for a seizure unless you injured yourself, had a grand mal, or status epilepticus. If my wife went to the hospital for every little seizure we'd be in debt for a couple billion dollars.
