Should I learn French or Italian? (I don't care about women)
Should I learn French or Italian? (I don't care about women)
French is more useful but once you learn French Italian is not that difficult.
Definitely french
How is this even a question?
Is like asking if you should learn spanish or portuguese
Now that I'm in Italy on vacations, Italian language is super cute sounding.
French would probably be more useful, as it's more widely spoken, and Italian is super hard to learn when coming to it from English
However you have to consider if you do learn French, you will be speaking the language of the cheese-munching-surrender monkeys
Learn Chinese instead in preparation for the inevitable century of Chinese dominance
The Italians have better operas.
If you manage to learn French, you'll have no problem to learn Italian (and Spanish, which is officially your second language...).
French is more useful. But beware if you try to speak French to a parisien you will be corrected at every single mistake you make. Come to the countryside and we'll treat you nicely. PS: j'emmerde la Bretagne. Normandie 4 lyfe
Agree, Paris is full of dumb ass gays who think they are superior to everything.
'French is more widely spoken' is mostly a meme stemming from the 1800s, unless you plan on going to Quebec or Morocco anytime soon.
That being said, depends on what you want to do with it. Unless you're visiting Italy or France, both have very limited practical application. French authors are more famous for their novels and prose, while Italy has a long tradition of poetry.

I've always wondered, in the Italian education system do you learn about the Norman conquest of southern Italy? (The de Hauteville dynasty)
And if there is an Anglofag, did you learn about the Norman conquest of 1066? And was there any pro/anti norman sentiment?
If you dont care about women you should learn French most bulls speak french.
by that logic it is better to learn latin first , after latin you'll be able to learn quickly both of them
>The Corsican Buonapartes were descended from minor Italian nobility of Tuscan origin, who had come to Corsica from Liguria in the 16th century.
You could say he was corsican surley he wasn't a french, not a single drop of frankish blood in him
they basically kick the mudslime out of italy , if anything we thanks them
That's like saying people native to hawaii aren't American because they don't have a single drop of burger blood in them. Napoleon was French of Italian descent.
This. Unless you want to visit Central Africa they really are useful in the country only now that English is the world language.
What makes Breton such terrible people ? Normands are mostly cunts but compared to them they're incredibly nice.
French is widely spoken is not a meme if you consider language learners, as a general rule its the most popular foreign language to learn. I find it very easy to find other people who appreciate and speak some French around the world.
Also French is a widely used word especially if you are dealing with nice culture, knowing French is very useful if you are interested in literature, cooking, politics, art and music. French terminology is rampant in high culture.
Neither. English is all you need. Every other language sucks.
>English is the ONLY scientific language
Just a meme bro. I don't hate the bretons i just like to make fun of those who take the feud seriously (like my grandparents who go berserk when someone says that the Mt saint michel is Breton)
>What makes Breton such terrible people ?
Because they live in Bretagne. I lived there. I lasted 1 year before coming back to my shitty countryside. Bretagne is the worst place in France, hands down. Cold, rainy, windy and stinky 24/7. It's so polluted you can't drink tap water...
Shit really? I've been drinking the tap water in my apartment in Rennes since September. But desu the weather in Normandy is pretty much the same, maybe less stinky idk
You should learn spanish. You are gonna need it soon in the United States Of Tac-oland
I don't know for Rennes but in Finistère, Côtes d'Armor and Morbihan it is discouraged to drink tap water due to agriculture pollution. Just check the amount of fresh water in the supermarkets...
