Friend's facebook just said a lot of activity in Buckingham Palace, notably a lot of dignitaries and royalties in black Range Rovers summoned. She was having breakfast near by when she saw at least 20 black Range Rovers pass by in the span of 5 minutes. So either there's an emergency meeting or something happened/is happening.
