Still doesn't mean we're going to "annex Canadian islands", where does that even come from? The Canadian islands are on the other side of the ocean, nowhere close to areas Russia claims hers. There are disputes over to whom certain waters with hydrocarbon deposits on our side of the North Pole belong though.
