Because the United States isn't a caring society.

I figured that much. It would pretty much shut down 1/5 of the US GPD which is Healthcare industry.

Because nobody should have to pay for the fuck ups other people make. US is more extreme than many European countries in this regard because they're economy was originally fundamentally laissez-faire, unlike the often more tempered and mixed economies of European nations, meaning that social healthcare and welfare were ideologically opposed to the building blocks of American society.

The number of doctors in the US is fixed by the residency program. The american medical association, the most powerful union in the US keeps a tight hold on the number of residents there can be every year.

We are turning down 50% qualified students every year and not letting in doctors from other countries, then we wonder why medical costs are out of control and we can't see a doctor to literally save our lives.

I posted about this yesterday discussing why retarded Eurofags are always clueless, so to reiterate:

1. All "free healthcare" nations are paying assloads of taxes to provide this "free" service to everyone. Even the Canacucks have to pay a national AND provincial sales tax, so most of them are paying tons on everything they purchase in order to subsidize healthcare, so "free" is a retarded term.

2. You have to have a society where people believe in working actual jobs and not have massive amounts of dole suckers who bog the system down as it is. We've got WAY too many of those types of all colors/races here, but the blacks and illegal Mexicans alone already make it a struggle with the existing system, if suddenly another 200 million Americans had "free" care, you'd be waiting a month to get seen for any condition at any clinic.

3. Importing in massive numbers of non-assimilating/non-productive immigrants on top of the existing struggles of shitty dole babies = catastrophic failure. Those of you who have nationalized healthcare are all nations of 90%+ white indigenous peoples who typically are too proud to game the system their whole lives, and that's why it works, because your balance hasn't been upset so far to put the favor of the shit-tier people taking more than the rest are putting in. That always changes over time, give Sweden 10 more years and a few million more immigrants and you'll be waiting behind 500 sandniggers named Mohammad before you'll be eligible for that critical heart transplant.

So, to review:

You need a nation of productive, hard-working homogenous peoples in excess of 90% in order to offset the damage done by the 10% who live only to take and whose drain is always far greater than a single productive member of society puts in. The USA has about 25-30% shit-tier humans who would be better off exterminated, and they're the reason that public healthcare can't work here, period.
