Get rid of your kikes
good start
Eliminate federal studennt loans
Make a ged that will get you a government job
Make them more like a trade school by eliminating all the bullshit "core" classes you have to take before you even start classes related to your degree.
I don't really need two semesters of english, history, humanities, communication, government and psychology when my degree is in Nursing. Cut out that bullshit and you're working in two years. Thats two years less of debt as well.
No women
You do not get what higher education is.
The system itself doesn't have to change, we as a society do.
Undergrads aren't worth shit anymore so you either have to accept that you'll still be looking at at least two more years of studying or you can just go do something else instead.
If efficiency is really your concern then You could probably compact a lot of the classes, which would lead to higher stress and dropout rates, whether for better or for worse.
Make class chains rigid.
Students may take elective classes in same time slots, and that's it.
Every year a group starts and they are the ones to graduate in 4 years.
Fucked up - no class repeats, no excuses.
The problem is colleges are being used for certification not education
Make most liberal arts degrees e minors only. Make it illegal to incorporate politics into lessons. Seriously, what does Trump being "literally Hitler" have to do with Beowulf!?
Poor but smart people will start sending their kids to "alternative" online universities. Through hard work and cunning, they will get good jobs and become respected academics and workers. This will smash the "hierarchy" of the university system, because the people hiring new applicants will not be as biased towards expensive school graduates.
Everyone PERCEIVES a college degree from an expensive university to be worth more than a cheap for-profit one. Once people actually prove this wrong, the value will plummet, and the enormous education bubble will burst. And all of us who paid 100K+ will be fucked
Changing the university isn't the solution. The solution is to change how society views the university.
We need to return to the ideals of the medieval university: a monastic pursuit of intelligence in a broad set of fields.
If you want job training, go to trade school.
>what is the UK education system
>specializing starts when you are 15 ( Arts or Science)
>3 year bachelors specializing in whatever you plan to study
>inb4 muh liberal arts
Why don't we just get straight on to dying shortly after starting to become angsty teenagers. That would be more efficient. The rest of life is just pain and work, amirite? Cut out the middleman.
GAS THE KIKES RACE WAR NOW
Yes that is one way. But the corollary to this is to stop requiring a college degree to become a nurse.
Bring back jobs and cut the resume bullshit out.
Stop guaranteeing the student loans and you eliminate like 90% of the problems with the current university system. It'll literally work itself out if you stop this. The politician who uses this as part of his platform will never get elected, however, because teachers are the biggest pieces of shit alive today.
There's literally no reason to have in person classes for degrees like Computer science, Mathematics, or Law, which are just about the accumulation of knowledge and its application.
Medicine? Sure. People's lives are in your hands and time spent working on a dummy might save someone some day. Engineering? Yeah probably, without some kind of physical creation, all you're doing is math and physics but for most degrees, you could have a much better education with only a list of topics, optional resources the tests will be based on, and a list of the contact info of the people in the class so you can form study groups and hopefully build something someday, along with the contact info for the TAs and Teacher.
The vast majority of college expenses from the point of view of the student, come from the facilities. We need to offer an alternative to paying for a library, gym, and cafeteria you might never use that doesn't teach at a lower level for like 95% of degrees.
Make it a 3 year university. That is 40 credits per year, which is 20 a semester. Seems like a lot, until you consider that most classes today are easy as hell. We should also get rid of the government backed student loan programs. Let the bankers choose which loans to underwrite. In order to get a $100,000 mortgage, you need to jump through numerous hoops. To jus lend billions of dollars to people who have no collateral, no credit history, and no income is the definition of insanity. Reduce the guaranteed money, and costs will come down. High salaried professors will need to start teaching some classes, and many programs and administrators will need to be cut. We need to let academia know that they will no longer he subsidized by the taxpayers.
1-day university system
Remove the Federal Department of Education and allow the free market to rebuild the education system. The free market can include block grants from tax paying communities that want to balance social and personal gains from education systems.
You could do one day tests
Masters and Apprentices on the job. Enough with these drones that only benefit these institutions when there is no guarantee on the job market. If the Apprentice becomes the master he/she can setup shop somewhere else to train more apprentices the way it should. University's and Colleges have become nothing more then indoctrination before education.
Too many people go to college these days. Too many people get worthless degrees in something that won't help them get a job.
Something is just very wrong. Maybe it's a symptom of having too many people and thus we live in a labor surplus.
But it's sad to extreme amounts of money wasted of liberal arts shit. It's like throwing money down the drain.
Don't fix what ain't broken
Just shut down the humanities departments
Oh, and get rid of mandatory public schooling, all they are used for is brainwashing anyway
>pic related
It's not meant to be efficient. It's meant to generate debt-slaves who can be easily controlled. They actually paid for their own indoctrination!
MOAR: youtube.com
>pic related
Oh, and we must stop hiring communists/minorities as teachers.
borrow the only good thing krauts do
>Free market
>Tax payers
Pick one
A 2-year University system.
This.
It also pays for an army of zombies, willing to attack whomever their Democrat sponsors tell them to
>not needing to understand psychology to be a nurse
wew lad
>two semesters of english, history, humanities, communication, government and psychology when my degree is in Nursing
al that is marxist brainwashing even if youre getting a degree useful to society
Get rid of the remaining straight white men and we will achieve Utopia.
Finally:
THINK GLOBALLY, ACT LOCALLY
FIRE YVETTE FELARCA: change.org
retard detected. why would we cut resume's out of the system of employment? a resume is literally just a list of qualifier's for the job you're applying for. how is this a problem with the current college system?
lurk forever, winterfag.
Even if you want to be an engineer college is an inefficient way of doing it
I've thought about this a lot and came to the conclusion that the high school system has to eventually be overhauled alongside the university system. Really the whole primary/secondary system should be accelerated and high school should be more of a technical/college education experience. That would be a lot more difficult though.
>engineer college is an inefficient way of doing it
It really isn't though.
I'm not the E in STEM, but I knew a lot of them.
Do what we do:
Split school kids into different levels, based on performance and ambition, around age 13.
Only the highest level (top 10%) qualifies for University.
I am sure 100% of your classes are useful
This
My first year and a half in engineering degree were a completly waste of time.
No, but the only ones that weren't were the mandatory humanities.
Let's make it so it's the 70s again so you don't need a massive amount of (((education))) to land a good job.
Think about the relative outcome, though.
Student 1: Goes to expensive school, gets degree in high-demand technical field. Pays off loans in 5 to 10 years.
Student 2: Goes to expensive school, gets degree in useless social justice related degree. Pays off loans in 20 to 30 years.
They both paid the same for school, but Student 2 pays much more interest on their loans relative to Student 1. When everyone is paying too much for an education, no one is.
Nowadays, unless your desired career earns 100K+, degrees are not worth it.
I like this
Neither do the universities in the West
Fucking this. Universities are academic places. The distinction between the practice based trade schools and the theory based colleges is evaporating due to egallitarianism
>liberal arts shit
>Jared Taylor studied philosophy
>Richard Spencer studied English Literature and Music
>Pat Buchanan studied American studies
>Anton Scalia studied History
>Sam Hyde studied Film and Design
>Andrew Breitbart studied American studies
>Ann Coulter studied history
>Jean Marine Le Pen studied political science
>Stephen Bannon and Kevin MacDonald both hold BAs, not BSs
fucking liberal arts
Then that means they are basically obsolete in the internet age
Create institutions that are 90% internship based. And by internship I mean USEFUL well regulated internship with benchmarks. Degrees are then given on earned intern hours and site/job supervisor approval.
>literally who
But seriously tho, being from families as rich and well-connected as theirs, does their major really matter?
Also, implying the world wouldn't be better off under fascist technocracy
>4 year
top kek
get on our level
also
The problem is huge. The whole education system is outdated as fuck starting from elementary school. So yoz cant really do anything without a huge global education system reform.
This will not happen in the next 200 years tops.
This is a good idea. Then companies can't complain about unqualified graduates and would have no excuse to lobby for H1B-like visas that are designed to undercut wages.
Resumes are liberal tool you dolt. Besides, job applications ask you for the same information.
Get a job, joblessfag
white people need go back to being as nepotistic as other races and just hire people they know
Universities are a remnant from older times.
I have a degree in engineering and I don't have a bad memory of this time, but the whole thing is just decrepit and rotten.
There are obvious steps that would improve the whole thing. An idea would be to have tests at the start/before a given class instead of the end. It removes the supposed progression of the syllabus, anyone that passes a test can enter any given class without going to the suppsoedly previous classes of the syllabus.
This one is perhaps even worse in anglo countries. How can people tolerate losing months on stuff like Calculus 1.
That way each student could fasttrack through what he finds easy. The first year of the engineering course is only there to filter out retards.
>Stephen Bannon has the ear of the president, has called himself alt-right and a civic nationalist, grew up working class
>Jean-Marie Le Pen founded Front Nationale, the French nationalist party, grew up as an orphan
>Pat Buchanan advised Nixon
>Antonin Scalia was our strongest conservative justice
hurr durr who are these people, they don't matter, they were just rich assholes
This. The first two years is $100k down the fucking toilet. It's such a scam.
You were in a shit school, Should've gone to Fei.
Publicize all private institutions.
Enforce an enrollment gradient solely based on skill and merit rather than trivialities such as extracurriculars and legacy connections.
Teach civic virtue in schools.
Cut "elective requirements" and have a structured study plan which pumps out ready students in two years.
Essentially, eliminate the cancerous individualistic western culture than has arisen from the corpse of great civilizations such as ancient rome and ancient greece, and replace it with a collectivist culture based on civic virtue that minimizes liberality, prompts correctness, forces students to be independent for the sake of the community, and is generally more efficient.
Modern universities are corporations by which the kike elite indoctrinates its servants. By cutting the culture associated with these degenerate kikes, universities will be genuinely effective. No more "feminist study" courses.
I agree with this.
Liberal arts is dead my man
