We're under 2.5 on average across the globe. Every fucking nation has had decreased birthrates. Stop losing your shit you insufferable nigger.
The problem is not even the current population, but their growth. Even through they are slowing down they are still popping children like it's nothing and at a young age, and their kids do the same, and worst of all, they are spilling.
Birth rates in civilized countries somewhat seems to be maintained because a minority of immigrant population has 4-6 kids at a young age while the natives have 0-2 at an older age. At least that's the case in Spain.
I know a guy that works delivering babies and about a third of his deliveries are from muslim immigrants, even though they make less than 10% of the population. I leave in front of a school and it's about half native half brown/black.

Honestly we should do something like this but with Universal Basic Income, offer to pay for people to subsist so long as they agree to be sterilized and cut off any chance of having any future children since they will likely inherit many of the negative characteristics like low intelligence and drive/work ethic from the parent.

Capitalism, in order to avoid being a 'zero-sum' game, needs infinite growth. Yet, growth depends on productivity and consumption. Productivity, thanks to mechanization, is shooting upward massively, which on the surface seems like a blessing for everyone.
However, consumption can't be mechanized. It depends on population alone--and as many populations, especially those in developed countries, stabilize, companies shit themselves because they know full well what this means for their Ponzi scheme of profits. So, they kick the ball down the road by expanding into other countries, even though it isn't technically necessary to sustain their home nation.
Who better to breed and make new consumers than third-worlders? The hysteria over population decline isn't because of 'labor shortages' or bullshit like that. Automation covers that. The REAL reason why the issue is pushed, is because our entire economic system will collapse fantastically without continual population growth. The corporations are actually quite color-blind. Whites aren't specifically being targeted for their race--that's retard-level thinking. Corporate interests are simply against the very 'white' behavior nowadays of having very few children. So the logical response, to keep up growth, is to replace the problem. Hence the demographic destruction of developed white countries. Of course, this can't just be done in broad daylight--the population has to support such efforts, if only for a different reason. And this is also why the third world is never told it must accept diversity--the population is still growing, so there's no need. Corporations are all too happy to indulge in the creation of more customers.
We constantly send them food and medical aid to 'improve' conditions. That's why Africa had a stable population under 500 million just 50 years ago, but it's skyrocketing now.
