Name one bad thing the Empire has done.
Death star you fascist
Rebels.
They commit several terrorist attacks against a republic that killed more people than the Death Star ever did.
Not to mention the Death Star was only ever used on the home planet of the leader of the rebels.
Also fuck Star Wars.
I loved the intro. I fucking hated the applauding for TFW and R1 for I RECOGNIZED THAT IN STAR WARS MOVIES.
Fucking Americans, man. Went see John Cleese and Eric Idle suck themselves and Monty Python off and the crowd would applaud at everything they recognized from Monty Python or Faulty Towers. HAHA I'VE SEEN THIS BEFORE. The two fucks couldn't get comedic timing right because of it.
Jedi are obviously in the right. The movies are blatantly black and white.
Jedis are in the right morally and, because of it, the rebels are in the right. Empire/stormtroopers have 10/10 aesthetics though. The empire wins so much in aesthetics.
Answer his question
>you fascist
Whatever you say, egalitarian. The rebels have done far worse than the Empire.
watch out for those wrist rockets
Neither. They both have their own motivations.
I feel you. Hated TFW cause every time they showed Han, Chewy, etc. people clapped like the plane just landed. Pissed me the fuck off
They only used it against the rebels in retaliation for killing citizens of the Empire.
Sound familiar?
Right and wrong are childish concepts.
>Implargnung
Yeah I no what you mean. No one applauded anything at the session I went to, but when I saw the two cantina guys I cringed a little just imagining people getting off on recognising them.
The empire is run by a religious terrorist
Do you have evidence of this?
I'm gonna need some proof.
-_-
Rebels are filthy terrorists
People who like Star Wars. It's fucking terrible all round.
>Needing leftist planets.
You wanna go with Star Treks. Best redpilled series. All about conservatism.
If you unironically support the rebels you might as well support al qaeda.
>Niggers
Nope, Yvette Felarca.
But seriously, fuck the Rebel Alliance, commie cunts who plague
CALIFORNIA: THE BIRTHPLACE OF RAHOWA
>On June 26, 2016, Yvette Felarca was caught on video assaulting a man at a white nationalist rally in Sacramento. She punched the man in the stomach repeatedly, before throwing him to the ground. Felarca is a 7th and 8th grade Humanities teacher at Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School in Berkeley. Among her responsibilities is teaching the students under her tutelage about the Bill of Rights.
>Someone who does not believe in free speech should not teach kids about their constitutional rights.
>Felarca's activity would get a student expelled at best, or jailed at worst. And yet she's meant to be a role model for students. She has repeatedly advocated the use of militant, violent tactics to shut down opponents of her personal political pack, By Any Means Necessary (BAMN). They claim that they're "fighting the good fight," trying to stop "fascism" from taking hold in Berkeley.

>P.S. Wanna try an experiment, user? Post the above in any thread and see how fast (((they))) will slide it
Right and wrong are childish concepts.
I almost didn't make it through your blog post and was gonna call you a nigger
I'm really worried about the emerging ideology of this "rebellion" you speak of.
>We will never get a story where the empire defeats the rebels and saves the galaxy from the yuuzhan vong
Why, Disney?
The toppling of the Empire would have caused as much loss of life as the destruction of Alderaan, in the long term.
It was wrong for the Empire to be formed in such a morally reprehensible way, and to destroy planets etc, but once it was formed, the order that it provided should not have been tossed out so easily by the feel good faggots.
Disney. Don't forget that this is canon.
Family Guy really enhanced this among college-age faggots. Getting a reference isn't a fucking accomplishment.
Both. Rebels have to resort to terrorism that takes out civilian casualties who are just trying to survive and be with their families. The imperials are basically space North Korea with a US military budget and Chinese numbers.
I love Rich
WHAT THE FUCK
>My first movie was Episode VII
Please tell me you're joking, right? The Sith are the flipside of the Jedi coin. I wish I had enough time and ammo to kill every one of you fucking JJ cocksucking casualfags.
It was a joke. Calm yourself.
>lightsaber helicopter
Who the fuck though that was a good or cool ? How the fuck do their wrists do that
Did the rebels hack the plans to the Death Star or did some Empire insider leak them on purpose?
honestly he should have hit her back
>blow up an entire planet
What have the rebels done remotely similar to that?
Rebels, of course.
Jedi had no intention of running the government.
>blow up a planet "that has no weapons"
They had it fucking coming and should be grateful the Empire ended them all at once instead of letting some other intergalactic government murder, rape, and pillage the planet.
>It was wrong for the Empire to be formed in such a morally reprehensible way,
...voting is morally reprehensible?
The problem with the star wars movies is there is never really any indication of why the empire is actually bad. You are just thrown into this situation alongside fairly likeable characters who don't like the empire. Most people are content to accept that as fact; nice guy says that empire is bad, it must be so.
Nobody ever considers the greater picture. A picture of a corrupt republic that was under the control of a sect of religious fanatics called the Jedi. They ran the show. Politics flowed as they dictated. Somehow, removing the jedi monopoly on political influence is "bad".
Oh, the poor rebellion. Nobody stops to think about the valiant imperial soldiers or the civilians they protect. In a universe as violent and varied as the one portrayed in Star Wars, a strong and unified Empire would do wonders for the average person. And if it favors humanity? All the better.
Right, they just happen to ally themselves with the government and spy on its officials, then enforce the government's legislation.
empire
star wars isn't deep, there's clearly good guys and bad guys
Blaming the victim now? Gimme a break!
merely the force, nerf-herder
THIS
My cousin kept moaning and sighing whenever rebels died in Rogue One, however she either didn't care or cheered for Stormtrooper deaths.
I asked her about this later, and brought up that these hypothetical soldiers are just doing their jobs and have families and friends of their own and she said they're all clones and are evil so it doesn't matter.
Alderaan was justified
The Rebels are terrorists
The empire provides justice and security for the Galaxy
The empire keeps space niggers in check and btfo's criminals
The terrorist "rebels"
Alderaan had every chance to arm themselves and didn't, and their main political representative was a pivotal leader of the traitorous terrorist movement.
Then the force was merely responsible for Palpatine winning.
...
Stormtroopers aren't clones, they were phased out slowly after the Clone Wars
There was also the families of the Stormtroopers on the Death Star btw when they blew it up ;)
Palpatine did nothing wrong, he was both the literary and the moral protagonist of the prequel trilogy.
>Turns a dying, corrupt, immoral Republic into a powerful galactic Empire with a hierarchy that ceased to be built upon an impotent bureaucracy
>Justifiably purges the child-brainwashing cult-like militant religious fanatics from the inner circle of the galactic government, having showed immense leniency up until they drew first blood in a (failed) coup-turned assassination attempt against a democratically elected leader in their vain effort to secure their jealous stranglehold on the politics of the Republic, and to secure their unjustified denominational hegemony on the force as a whole
>Coordinates and then destroys the powerful (((banking clans))) and corrupt (((trade federations))) that had preyed on entire planets, like his own homeworld of Naboo, with next to no resistance from the Republic that came before him
>Transforms Coruscant from a wartorn planet with a visible crime and drug epidemic into the secure heart of the Imperial galaxy
>Restores order to the galaxy/makes the galaxy great again
>Promotes a largely non-dogmatic view of the force, instead of the psychologically oppressive and aggressively closed-minded view of the Jedi
>Promotes the ideas of love and family (supporting Anakin and Padme’s right to be together, to have children) over the Jedi doctrines of total chastity and emotional repression
>Raises and acts as a father figure to a deeply troubled young Jedi for many years, only for said Jedi to be ambushed, horrifically burned, and forever maimed at the hands of a Jedi master for the apparent crime of being an apostate to the Jedi Order
>Eventually assassinated in a plot by fugitive Jedi masters, and the galaxy is once again plunged right back into the darkness and unforgiving chaos that he’d spent his life and rule keeping at bay
Think of the 2 billion Alderannians, goyim.
>Then the force was merely responsible for Palpatine winning.
truly, the force acts in mysterious ways
...
done, feels good
Both are wrong.
Yin and yang both have a piece of the other to balance them out, otherwise harmony doesnt exist and youre just left with extremes.
Same with the light side and the dark side. The darkside would overwhelm the light if they cooperated and helped weaker ones become stronger. The light side woudl dominate the dark if they had passion, hate, love etc.
It's these guys are good because light and these guys are evil because dark. The only grey areas in the entire series are the original cut of Han in the cantina and Lando
>Both are wrong.
only a sith thinks in absolutes goy
>she said they're all clones and are evil so it doesn't matter.
#notallclones
#clonelivesmatter
>be outer rim colonist
>live in poverty my whole life
>local hutts control all the wealth
>slavery and other abhorrent crime is rampant
>one day the empire touches down and sets up shop
>local crime lords executed, their henchmen routed
>justice for the scorned, slaves are set free and declared subjects of the Empire
>imperial engineers bring infrastructure. Finally see a stable source of potable water, roads, medicine
>stable currency lifts us out of poverty
>decide to enlist and serve the Empire
>dream of bringing peace and stability to the galaxy
>graduate. Sent to Scarif as my first assignment
>it's pretty comfy and more beautiful than I ever imagined.
>go to perform a routine cargo inspection. Last one of the day for me before I'm off shift
>can't wait to send a hologram home to my ma so she knows I'm well
>missing my siblings dearly
>maybe I'll get to see that farm girl back home when I'm on leave
>I step into the loading bay of the shuttle when all of a sudden I'm jumped
>my last fleeting moments of life spent reminiscing of home before some greasy bitch and her friends kill me
They aren't even clones, though. I was disappointed in her since she was "such a star wars fan."
Also, RIP that clone
>cheering and moaning when fictional characters that aren't even the protagonists die in the movie
is she autistic or just a little kid?
THE EMPIRE DID NOTHING WRONG
she's an adult, she's just super "empathetic" or whatever. it's annoying and hypocritical
Republic
>Bureaucratically slow
>Corrupt
>Militarily weak
>Supported narrow-minded religious zealots who arbitrarily enforced law by force
Empire
>Also corrupt, but in a different way
>Military powerhouse
>Innovative
>Full of traitors/incomptitent people
>Lead by powerful religious zealots who ruled based on their own views
Empire was more right, especially if Yuuzhan Vong threat was actually a real thing. A unified Galaxy would have assfucked the invaders, leading the much much much fewer casualties in the long run. Jedi refused to change, Sith were willing to.
There were people on that Death Star too!!! And the 2nd one!!! And the 3rd one!!!
Their wrists don't, thats how. Its literally a helicopter lightsaber.
also, if you support Theocratic Governments you support Islam.
The government wants to take your light sabers.
They're not really terrorist attacks tho if the only target is a military asset. That's like saying the Sinking of the Bismarck was a terrorist act.
Neither is really in the wrong. I mean, Darth Vader is a nut but he's only such because he literally is in such despair over the loss of his wife that he thinks he's irredeemable and that he might as well serve the empire. The mooks he employs probably just want a job. The Emperor is really the only guy who might be considered evil, because he's literally a physical manifestation of it, but the Empire is more than the Emperor.
The rebellion on the other hand isn't evil either. They have questionable moral contacts, but they fight for a good reason and are attached to a cause that will not be eroded easily. They have distinct complaints and easy routes to correct them, so they're not just going "We're fighting for the future!" like how all communist dictatorships start.
I always thought the same. Luke has killed so many people throughout the original series. Not only stormtroopers and generals, think of the cleaning staff, visitors and prisoners. Will they ever have him reflect on this?
There aren't any individualistic Jedi. You're either a part of the theocratic government (Jedi Order) or you're bad.
they're both wrong in different ways
The inquisitors ultimately got fucked up because of their sabers' design gimmick. A lot of flashy lights for something that either gets chopped in half at the hilt or explodes mid-flight as a guy tries to run away.
You can leave the order or be exiled/imprisoned, but you can't join the Sith because of the rule of two.
As soon as those damn Klingons took over all the spice trading and jacked the prices up so the cookies couldn't afford it any more and were forced to declare war on the Klingon home planet of alderon.
Fucking just like the Jew and money which ruined it for everyone.
They let some angsty jedi get off without any punishment after he blew up a solar system.
The empire was racially and sexually diverse after the clone army. Makes you think.
No really they took the light sabers at one point.
He was possessed by an ancient Sith Lord.
...
Damn I thought it was Pokemon go haha
I'm sure all the countless people affected by the event were entirely content with the excuse that he had a space demon that forced him to do it.
((Possessed))
That's literally what happened.
The Empire obviously
>run by satanists
>Try to keep the general public under control
>hate when their emails get leaked
>manipulate people to get what they want
>kill opposition
>kill children
>probably blame Russians
They are literally the democratic party establishment.
Fuck no. It majorly fucked up diplomatic relations between the New Republic and the Imperial Remnant.
i never got why star wars is compared to star trek. star trek had 6 hours of material while star trek has hundreds.
Meant the possession, not the fallout. There was fallout because Kyp acted like an idiot, but he redeemed himself later.
Not to mention preparing the galaxy for the Yuuzhan Vong. Instead, they literally conquer and terraform the jewel of the galaxy (Coruscant) and everything goes to shit.
>Not to mention preparing the galaxy for the Yuuzhan Vong.
Is that true, I thought it was just a meme?I know there were some expeditions sent to the uncharted space, and the Outbound mission, but I didn't think they ever found anything.
IIRC YV assfucked galaxy and took half of it at some point.
Yeah I know about that, I meant was there any evidence that Sheev knew about the Vong threat?
