Libertarianism: Small government. That government has the right to impose law and must take care of the military, police and other public services except healthcare
Minarchism: government only impose the law and makes sure everything is working and not going out of control
Ancap: no government at all, pure savagery.

Here's what is weird about ancap ideology: it allows as much enforcement of your own rules as you want on your private property. so in an ancap society you would likely see many small, privately owned cities and villages with very strict rules
