There are intrinsic differences between races. Not just structurally - but physiologically and behaviourally. The people who care about race are half right and half wrong.

I come from Northern Ireland, EVERYBODY here is the same race and yet very clear ideological and religious and political lines separate two halves of the population and we've been killing and hating each other for hundreds of years and only recently has society here actually become normal (which means no bombs and shootouts every week).

It literally works the other way around. If everyone wears red, and some reds are violent, you can't tell who's likely to be a violent person by the color of their clothes. If some people wear red and some people wear blue, and people wearing blue tend to be a lot more violent than people wearing red, then you can dramatically decrease violence by singling out people who wear blue.
