Don't really have a clue what might be going on, but am certainly leaning towards some sort of real gravitational anomaly that can't be readily explained. Just finished a MS in Geology, and was looking into Ph.d. programs, oddly out of the 15 or so schools I was looking at in a few different countries, many of the profs are down in Antarctica. It's not schools that you would normally think of having areas of study in Antarctica, schools like University of New Mexico, UC Berkeley, U Tasmania, University of Exeter, list goes on. Two of the profs responded back about working with them in Antarctica as my area of interest is relevant to what they are doing down there, but I have yet to get a straight fucking answer from any of them about what the christ they are doing. I know this is anecdotal as all get it, just was rather odd.

It's not hard when you try to live with at least some truth and virtue in your life. I know we try to cope with all the horrible things in the world but these things are only temporary. I can tell you I feel so much better and going strong.

I can tell you in confidence I will be going there soon user. I don't know how or when exactly but I'm going to mold my reality till I achieve it at least just observe it from afar. Closest I can get currently is Marion Island.

What territory is it in? Also that's allot of KM's if you camping out there with no vehicles. You looking at two months of walking on foot with no help if someone has some medical issue. Very risky I would rather set up coastal base and fly in and out or have forward base halfway to give support.
You would not make it on foot. You cannot carry that much food and fuel. Would need machines.
Glad to hear user. When ever I get tempted I just remind myself how I was and I don't ever want to go back. Embracing nature and just being close to it's beauty also very important to me.
